Enjoy walking trails, a boat launch with private mooring space, sawdust city brewery, the oar restaurant, Muskoka boat rentals, steamship tours, parasailing, local events, etc. all from the privacy of a dead end road.

52 Acre Luxury Cabin - Hike, Sled, Quad & Hot Tub

Our 2-bedroom cabin is the ultimate getaway for relaxation or embarking on new adventures. Situated within a serene 52-acre wooded property, our cabin offers exclusive access to 2 kilometers of private trails that connect to the Twin Lakes snowmobile trails. On our outdoor patio, you'll find a year-round hot tub, BBQ, and fire pit, all overlooking a tranquil seasonal creek. Despite its secluded location, we are a mere 10-minute drive from the charming boutiques and restaurants of Bobcaygeon.

2nd Floor Guest Suite

2nd floor guest suite located only 5 minutes to downtown Bancroft. This large suite has a queen bed, queen pull out sofa bed, mini fridge with freezer, microwave, smart tv, keurig machine (tea, coffee, sweeteners and milk/cream provided) and spacious bathroom with walk in shower. Please note that a full flight of stairs must be climbed to access this unit once inside the door. Please also note there is no kitchen in this suite, cooking appliances & candles are prohibited due to fire risk.

The cottage sits only 15 min. from the quaint town of Port Perry where you can go to enjoy its brewery, incredible cuisine, farmers markets, and picturesque Main Street.

Woodland Muskoka Tiny House

Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique tiny house. This 600 sq ft home is nestled amongst 10 acres of towering trees, granite rock and trails to explore. The tiny home will not feel so tiny once inside. With high ceilings, plenty of windows, and surprisingly spacious rooms - it is the perfect hideaway for those wanting to unplug in Muskoka. As well, downtown Bracebridge is a convenient 10 minute drive away with all amenities. There is a veggie garden on the property and depending when you come you can pick away at it :) Pets are welcome in the home!
