Franco is a traditional Dalmatian stone house in the center of the old town of Omis. It was completely renovated between 2014 and 2017, and turned into a small architectural jewel. Renovations were done in cooperation with historical preservation experts to ensure compliance with the original architecture of an old Dalmatian house. Work was performed by an expert architect, who carefully ensured that each detail was authentic in creation of a perfect synthesis of traditional building methods and modern materials. If ariving by plane we can arrange transfers to the apartment.

Koru Apartment with pool in seaside town of Mimice

Our Koru Apartment is named after the Maori word koru=new life/new beginnings which was fitting for us moving from New Zealand to Croatia to start a new life in 2018. The Koru Apartment is part of Waterview Apartments. we have 3 one bedroomed self contained units on our property which has great views over the Adriatic Sea and at the rear over the mountains. A heated pool was built in 2020. We have 1 free parking per unit. Mimice is a beautiful old village with many beaches on our doorstep.

You’ll love my place because of here aren't many neighbours around, so you can enjoy piece and quiet during your vacation. If you love nightlife, Omiš are Makarska are not far. The beach is one minute walking distance from the house, and 5-6 min walk from center. All that house can offer is at your disposal, including terrace where can you sunbathe during day or have romantic dinners during night,.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Opustite se sa svojom obitelji u ovom ugodnom smještaju jer vam nudimo sve potrebno za vaš idealan odmor.Apartman se nalazi u manjem mjestu udaljenom samo 10-tak minuta vožnje s autom do centra grada (Omiš). U blizini kuće na minut hoda nalazi se odlično opremljeni market.Pristup plaži je zajednički a do plaže vam treba svega 10 minuta niz stepenice.Plaže su prekrasne sa kristalno čistim morem baš iz razloga što ima manje turista nego u strogom centru.Idealno za obitelj s djecom.Dobrodošli!

Apartment is located in a heart of Mimice village, less then a 3 minutes walk away from the beach, cafe bars and restaurants. It has two bedrooms, which makes it perfect for four people. In a kitchen you can find a fridge with freezer, stove, oven, cookware, tableware, kitchen utensils... In the othe word, it is fully equiped. Also, bathroom is equipped with everything you need to start a fresh day. There is also a - beautiful - view - balcony and view from there is absolutely stunning
