The place is perfect for big groups and has complete amenities. The WIFI signal was great. It is also just near the local restaurants like Breakthrough & Tatoys. Ate Nene was very responsive to our needs. Will definitely book in this place again.

The pictures in the listing didn't do justice on how gorgeous the place was. It's a cozy, quiet paradise for plant lovers, located outside downtown. Cyril and her brother, Andrew, were so helpful with booking our tours around the city. Andrew even shared a few tips and tricks in gardening. They definitely went above and beyond for our stay. I would love to come back and stay at their place again... someday!

Our family had a truly heartwarming Christmas Eve at Casa del Rey in San Juan, Batangas. The place was a perfect blend of comfort and style, making us feel right at home. The staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. We're so grateful for their hospitality. We'll definitely be back!

The General’s Villa is an amazing place. So quiet and peaceful. The host and the caretakers are always there to assist you. The place is clean, kitchenwares are complete. They even allowed us to stay a little longer without extra charges. Will highly recommend this place.

Karen’s place is quite roomy and we considered it to be good value. The location was very good for us as we were traveling by car and the main highway is close. We would have appreciated if the whole house had aircon but it’s not uncommon in the Philippines to only have it in the bedrooms. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Celebrated my husband’s 30th birthday here with our family and we truly enjoyed the place. We are 17 pax and enough space for all of us. Caretaker ate Q-ann is very accommodating, the rooms are clean and dry. Kitchen is air-conditioned with complete necessities. The view of the sea is beautiful especially during sunset. Pool is warm so we were all able to enjoy it even in the night time. Wifi is fast and reliable. Parking can fit all 3 of our cars with extra space. They also have contact to the local boatmen who were hired for a sandbar tour in the morning. We were still able to enjoy the sea even if the beachfront is not swimmable. My family appreciates and highly praised the place. The host is friendly and keeps us informed at all times. Thank you. Will be back again.

Celebrated my partner's birthday here with her dearest friends. The host was very responsive, the canva guide was very concise yet complete. Easy to reach even through commute, walkable from national road Very peaceful ambience, complete with tons of activities, board games, basketball ring + ball, archery, mahjong board, modern videoke set-up. Well planned interior, matched our cream theme. Spotless as well. The caretaker was very accommodating, easy to talk to, and super punctual. Personal favorite was the pool, the long table by the pool really hit the spot. The 4-6 ft pool depth was very enjoyable.

Very nice host, friendly and helpful with booking tours, airport transfers or laundry (for only 50 pesos). The apartment is very large, beds comfortable, but the furniture is old and not usable. Overall the place has a lot of character, partly due to lush tropical garden. Location is close to the main street, but it’s on the hill. It takes 7min to walk downhill. Going up is a bit of a struggle, so we took tricycle (only 50-80 pesos). The apartment is based on the ground floor of a two story house, with other apartments. Host lives in a house next door.

Absoluteky loved our stay here!! The hosts were incredibly kind and more than helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we felt at home. The athmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it one of the best experiences we had in puerto princesa. I would give more than 5 stars if I could! Christian and Melanie can really be tagged as "SUPER" hosts. Our stay in Palawan was great, and our accommodation was one of the reasons why this trip will forever be remembered, especially for my 4-year old kid having lots of his firsts during this vacation. We had the most incredible stay at this place! The house is just a short walk from the beach, making it so convenient to enjoy the sun and sand whenever we wanted. The place was well-equipped with lovely utensils and everything we needed to feel right at home. The owner and the helper were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always making sure we had everything we needed. As an added bonus, we got a free banana boat ride, which was so much fun and a perfect way to enjoy the water. We were having such a great time that we decided to extend our stay for an extra day to make the most of the experience. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable beach getaway!
