I would recommend SF visitors/families to stay at Raj's place. The location in Lower Pacific Heights was great. Very nice and safe street with classic Victorian homes all around. Easy and free street parking within 1-2 blocks in all directions. The 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths worked perfectly for my family. The kitchen was full of amenities including a Nespresso coffee machine which we enjoyed each morning. In-unit washer and dryer also enabled us to pack light. The only oddity is that the backyard is used as a day-care facility, presumably operated from the garden apartment. So at times, the common/shared backyard had a bunch of toddlers and day care workers running around having fun. It didn't bother us because we were at home during the daytime so rarely, but just a heads up to anyone who plans to spend a lot of time in the house during the day.

The Bask House was perfect for our family stay in Sebastopol. Jess was a terrific host from start to finish. The house was beautiful, clean, unique, bohemian, and we will look into booking during our next trip to the area. My kids loved the hot tub, the cute animals nearby, and the games were a great touch for my boys! The beds were out of this world comfortable, and having a crib available for my one year old was so helpful. Thank you Jess for making our stay so wonderful.

Stephen und James waren fantastische Gastgeber! Das Airbnb liegt perfekt zwischen Castro und Noe Valley – eine wunderschöne, ruhige und sichere Gegend mit tollen Cafés und Restaurants in Laufnähe. Die Unterkunft war top ausgestattet, sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Der Parkplatz vor der Garage ist gold wert und die Fahrräder konnten wir sicher innen in der Garage abstellen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die unglaubliche Aufmerksamkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber – sie haben unseren Aufenthalt rundum angenehm gestaltet und waren jederzeit erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Man spürt, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Host was very responsive even though out of country during our visit over Thanksgiving. Well stocked kitchen which we used extensively in preparing Thanksgiving meal. Nice outdoor courtyard with lovely trees. All three bedrooms very ample.

The house is stunningly beautiful - wood floors, well-equipped kitchen, and beautiful tile work- in one of the most stunningly beautiful parts of California - a beaches and hiking trails that go on for miles. Definitely one of the nicest Air B and Bs that we have stayed at.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. The host was responsive and helpful. I felt good staying there especially since it was close to a lot of the things I wanted to do.

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here and would happily stay here again! From a safe neighborhood, to a spotless home, to freshly filled hot tub, to the well-stocked towels and beddings, to welcoming gathering spaces, to the private back yard and bedrooms...not to mention all the design and personal touches that make this house feel like a home! This home is restorative and relaxing as could be. I could go on and on. Everything we needed was here. And any shopping we needed was just a block away. We hiked nearby trails about ten minutes away like the Lafayette Reservoir and Lafayette Moraga tail every day. I couldn't imagine a more perfect fit. Honestly, it was hard to leave. Thank you Amy!

This was probably our favorite Airbnb ever! It exuded quiet, simplicity and comfort, and was thoughtfully and tastefully decorated. Everything was accessible, clean and welcoming. The refrigerator and cabinets were well-stocked with food, dishes, cookware, gadgets and appliances. Pamela provided clear instructions for using appliances, recycling, leaving, etc., including "Help yourselves to all the food." The lovely back garden was an additional plus. The two of us could work separately in comfort – one at the desk, one at the kitchen table. The bed was very comfortable, with extra blankets and sheets provided. The bathroom had numerous toiletries and many extra towels. Pamela herself is quite friendly and gladly let us use her washer/dryer. Everything we needed outside was minutes away by car, and Pamela conveniently let us park in the driveway. I come to San Francisco at least twice a year and will be very glad to stay here again.

The place was perfect — clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, safe, with everything I needed fully stocked. Barbara was also incredibly thoughtful, always checking in to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. It truly felt like home during my stay. If I ever come back to San Francisco, I’d definitely love to stay here again. 강력 추천합니다 👍

I had a great stay at the hotel, Rooms were small but very clean and cleaned every week. Had a lot of snacks in the kitchen and also the host is very responsive and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay in Petaluma thanks to our amazing hosts, Monica and John! They were incredibly accommodating and thoughtful—going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, including providing a portable crib which was such a huge help for our family. The Airbnb was even bigger than we expected, spotlessly clean, and in the perfect location—close to everything yet peaceful and private. We felt completely at home from the moment we arrived. Without a doubt, we’ll be staying here every time we visit Petaluma. Highly recommend Monica and John’s place!

I had a great time staying at Ruby's garden house. I had everything that I needed for my stay, the area felt very safe to me and she was very helpful!

Joe and Katrina's apartment was a good fit for the two of us. An ideal location--right on Broadway and marvelously close to Columbus with its restaurants and shops. And a manageable walk to the waterfront. Being of the third floor was a bit of a climb but then the roof was right above us and easily accessible. The living area with the kitchen right there was handy. The two bedrooms are down the hall so sound did not carry. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of impressive amenities. We weren't short of anything. The rooms are. cleverly decorated. Katrina was welcoming, informative, and responsive. We should gladly stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Tri's place! The house was very clean, cozy, and felt just like home. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, which made us feel very comfortable. Tri is an amazing host—he prepared many useful items for us and even gave great recommendations for nearby restaurants. The dim sum he recommended was absolutely delicious! My stay with Emily was excellent. The proximity to UC Berkeley and various stores makes the room a very good accommodation for visiting scholars (and others working at the university). I also got to know Emily's son and her dog, everyone made me feel at home from the beginning, even though I was far away (from Germany). I can only recommend Emily's place :-)

Michelle was clear, friendly, and timely in her communication. Suite C is clean, comfortable, and very quiet. Public transportation is easy to navigate using Google Maps, but don't use it at night.

This was an absolutely wonderful stay thanks to Susanna and John, who are the most amazing humans! Their two dogs were also a delight. The place was exactly as described, even more beautiful in person. The hospitality was truly exceptional. I highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a fantastic experience. I would absolutely visit again!

Had a fantastic stay at Janna’s place. It’s perfectly located and walkable to downtown Napa. Janna was kind enough to leave breakfast out for me and my partner before a very early half marathon race. The house was lovely and clean, and I’d be happy to stay again!

We feel incredibly lucky to have stayed with Sandor and Giuliana. This was hands down one of the most special Airbnb experiences my wife and I ever had—and we’ve been using Airbnb for nearly 12 years. We were welcomed like family, and staying with them (and their adorable dog Georgio!) truly felt like a home away from home. We stayed for nearly two weeks and every morning started with breakfast and warm conversation—it’s the kind of hospitality you rarely find anymore. The location is amazing—right next to the Presidio and just steps from all the great shops and restaurants on Chestnut Street. Having parking was also super helpful since we had a rental car. This is what Airbnb used to be like back when they first started—personal, heartfelt, and full of real human connection. Sandor and Giuliana, thank you for opening your home to us. We're already looking forward to visiting again in the future.

Laura's place was perfect! Easy check in, super clean, lots of thoughtful amenities from toiletries to butter/milk/jam in the fridge. Beautiful yard and in a great neighborhood, easily walkable to some of Temescal's best restaurants and bars. Would stay again!

Beautiful garden in a nice Berkeley home. Very quiet and clean room with good private bathroom. Great location with many locations including our favorite store Berkeley Bowl (which should be added to your recommended places) in easy driving distance. Comfortable bed and Rachel had welcome goodies waiting for us in our room’s refrigerator. She was very accommodating with our delayed flight and helped us inside after we lost our instructions. Snacks in the refrigerator helped us late at night when we arrived. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Stayed in the Main suite, beautiful room with large ensuite. Easy access to full equipped kitchen,dining room and leaving room. Enjoyed meeting our host John Sr. who takes care of the common areas. Great stay while in Napa, close to downtown and very friendly hosts.
