Patricia was incredibly kind and accommodating to my needs. She even offered to watch my dog while I attended a ceremony. The home is surrounded by tall, beautiful trees, making it a peaceful place to walk and relax.

Todo estaba impecablemente limpio, con detalles bien cuidados y un ambiente acogedor que te hace sentir como en casa. La ubicación es perfecta: tranquila, segura y cerca de todo lo necesario. Las habitaciones son amplias, bien iluminadas y muy cómodas. Además, los anfitriones (o propietarios) fueron muy amables y atentos en todo momento, lo que hizo que la estadía fuera aún más agradable. We have stayed at a lot of Airbnbs over the years as we travel and this was towards the top of our list. It was very clean, my wife loved the decor, comfortable, and a safe area for my family and I. It was about 20-25 minutes to Congaree National Park and 10-15 minutes to University of South Carolina. We would highly recommend!

The rental was perfect for our needs as travelling solar professionals. It is set in such a pleasant area. The surroundings are very pretty, and the inside of the unit is thoughtfully prepared for guests.

Definitely recommend this home, especially for a stay of any length. The pictures show this older home & its furnishings accurately, the backyard is beautiful as is the sun porch. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with the basics. The towels, bedding and pillows appear new and beds are comfortable with firm mattresses. Showers have great pressure and plenty of hot water. We would return.

My group came up for a youth event at Township Auditorium and The Vestry was close to the venue, so it made it an ideal location. When we had free time, we loved just chilling out in The Sherlock. It was warm and inviting and had such an awesome vibe. We loved the Steampunk decorations throughout our space. The common area of The Vestry was beautifully appointed with couches, pictures, flowers, etc...all the things that made it feel comfortable. I would come back to The Vestry and stay in this apartment again, but I would also like to stay in the others. Thank you Wendy for making our stay so pleasant and for always being quick to respond to my question.

We really enjoyed our stay at Valeriia’s property. The apartment was everything described and more. We will definitely be staying here again. It was in the perfect location, close to “downtown” Lake Carolina, as well as The Summit. Valeriia was very easy to communicate with and proactive to our arrival. Highly recommended if you are planning a trip to the area.

It was such a pleasant stay. The place is quiet and peaceful. There’s a little lake around the neighborhood that is nice to walk around and enjoy the nature. The host is super nice and is very responsive on any possible problems. Everything was clean and tidy. All necessary supplies and amenities are provided with extras. Definitely recommend for anyone that want to travel for short term or for long term stay. It is absolutely worth it. Would come again myself if I ever want to enjoy all the awesomeness!

Jeff and Elizabeth are great hosts! They made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we walked through the door. They made fresh bread and had it waiting for us, along with an invite to a community event. Elizabeth and Jeff are lovely people and made us feel right at home. My teenage son told me to definitely book with them again next time I’m in town.

Had a great stay. The place was very clean and as described. The owner was very nice and accommodating. No problems at all with our stay. The location was what we needed, but know that grocery stores and other stores are a good 10-minutes away. If you are needing to do work while at this location, the wifi strength was not the best. Also, please read the house rules as this was the only place where it was noted that bed sheets and towels are not provided. Overall, the place and stay was just perfect for us. Thank You!!

This is one of the best hosts I've had. She is a great person and even gave us a free night because of personal needs. We were here for several months and she continued to put up with us. Highly recommend!

Great space near Columbia. Perfect amount of space for my family while we were in town.
