We had a fantastic stay at this property! The apartment was in excellent condition — clean, modern, and very comfortable. The location was perfect, right between MIT and Harvard, and just a couple of blocks from the Red Line subway, which made it so easy to get to Boston Common and the heart of the city. The amenities were great, and everything we could possibly need was thoughtfully provided and well stocked. The host was responsive, helpful, and made the whole experience seamless. We would definitely consider staying here again for future visits!

Amazing location with free, easy parking. The apartment is steps away from the commuter train to get you into Boston. Mark provided clear and easy instructions for getting into town. The place had everything I needed. Very easy check in and check out. I appreciate that check-out didn't involve jumping through hoops like so many hosts required!

Very nice , clean and comfortable place . Close to shops, restaurants and the center of Waltham . Highly recommend it .

My husband and I stayed at Mark's place with our two adult children. The space accommodates four adults quite well. We were comfortable and had everything we needed. The place was our home base for a few excursions into Boston. We also enjoyed visiting Moody St in Waltham. It was quiet at night. Parking was very convenient. Nice stay!!

The pictures were accurate of the place, check-in was easy, booklet in kitchen has everything you need. Drive to all locations ranges between 20-35 mins with tolls. Without tolls can be upwards of an hour, uber is expensive each way so get a rental, but parking is rough in BOSTON. I wish we were informed of the train directly outside the window. There could be more touch up in the space (bathroom, wear and tear of paint/wall). Overall good stay for a girls weekend, felt safe.

We totally enjoyed our stay in this apartment. - Very convenient location: there are many cafe, restaurant and shops around and Trader Joe (for the days we just want few bites at home). Beautiful surroundings next to the lake, few minutes walk to subway station. - Host is very responsive, fast communication which makes our stay more pleasant. - The apartment is very clean and spacious. Looks exactly like the photos. Feels like cozy home for us. We look forward coming home after sightseeing outside. If we come to Boston again, we will definitely stay in this apartment again. Highly recommended.

A wonderful apartment in a central spot in Boston!

Javier was such a wonderful host and a kind person! This place was perfect for me was able to go on hikes but also close enough to public transportation to get to downtown Boston.

Ich hatte einen tollen Aufenthalt. Aida und Jim waren überaus freundlich und immer zu erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und bietet alles was man braucht (insbesondere in der Küche) auch mit den anderen Mitbewohner lief alles problemlos. Danke

The apartment was just as described. Very clean, next to the train station, very well furnished. The hosts were very helpful and responded promptly. It is the second time I rent in this building with Johna as a host, two different apartments, both great. I definitely recommend this property.

Delightful apartment and amazing hosts! Kwaku made our stay a beautiful experience, always super responsive. The apartment is super spacious and excellent if you’re staying even long term. Metro is close by so it’s easy to get downtown. Highly recommended!

We stayed at John’s place in Worcester for our son’s graduation, and it was perfect for our group. The home is spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short but meaningful stay. While we didn’t have time to fully explore the home or the city, it was a great home base for the weekend. We’d absolutely look to stay here again next time we’re in Worcester.

“Expansive” is the word that describes Ala’s home, from the family room, dining room and kitchen, which are large enough to prepare a meal and entertain 20 people with ease. There are 2 master suites, the upper one with 2 balconies. It was a challenge to adequately enjoy the lower level attractions: pool table, gym, kitchen treats or tv lounge. Finally, we had breakfast on the side patio and evening cocktails on the front patio, both with views of the extensive grounds. The only downside, it was a struggle to leave the house for Boston sight-seeing and visiting with relatives. Sent from my iPhone

We will definitely be visiting our family again and now are thrilled to know we have a wonderful Airbnb to stay at while visiting. It has all the amenities you might need and more, as well as entertainment, such as games, TV, and children’s outdoor and indoor activities. We will be back to visit before long. Anne made you feel like home. She is pending for your necessities and always reachable if you contact her. All the facilities in the apartment are well tunning, clean and properly located to maximize the space available and guest flow. I absolutely recommended her to make your stay at Waltham (in Boston Metropolitan Area) enjoyable and to receive the best service on an Airbnb location for your money.

I traveled with two toddlers 3 and under. The amount of space was perfect for our young family. My pro tip to future guests is to move anything delicate, block the loft ladder with the spare chair, get your eyes literally on the ground to check for anything that may peak the interest of a toddler. I enjoyed the convenience of the golf cart, toddler amenities, & stocked detergents for lots of laundry. Host was Immediately responsive when we ran into a hiccup during check in. We got to enjoy the village with just ourselves during the weekdays. Rooms had plenty of storafe for our weeks worth of clothes. I am so thrilled we stayed here and highly recommend.
