Great host, great house, great location! This is a very private house that is not far from town, only 20 minutes from the ferry. The house is clean, well appointed and spacious. It’s right on the water which gives hours of enjoyable relaxing both day and night. Speaking of night, you haven’t seen a night sky like this, it’s really amazing! This home was the perfect temporary home base for me and my family as we explored southern Nova Scotia. The host is excellent at communicating clearly. My family of 4 was more than comfortable during our stay here. We’d definitely stay again! Thank you for a great stay!

I booked Bruno's place quickly one evening when we were looking for accommodation close to a wedding venue. I didn't pay a lot of attention to the details because we had a very short trip and proximity to the wedding was the biggest factor. So, we were stunned when we walked in and found a modern, fully equipped cottage with beautiful views. The sunrise was phenomenal through the glass front that extends from floor to ceiling. There was far more space than I expected - easily enough room for a large family with everything you would need for an extended vacation. I just wish we had more time to spend there!

We had a struggle with the mortgage company for a home that had purchased near Yarmouth, but this made the hassles easier to deal with and it was a great location to get out and meet our new neighbors

Unfortunately, due to health circumstances, we were unable to stay at Shelly’s place. However, communication with Shelly was excellent, she is very compassionate and understanding, and I look forward to staying at her place in the future.

My family and I loved Mark’s place. From the moment we arrived we felt right at home. The cabin was very clean and had everything for you that you could think of. My kids loved waking up every morning and going on the lake fishing. At night after a day out we would come back and light a fire at the fire pit lakeside. I would highly recommend this place and hope to come back again next year.

Our stay was amazing and we have no complaints. We would definitely book this spot again! Check in and check out were simple and the host was quick to respond. All of the rooms in the house are bright with natural light and there is a view of the ocean from the living room. The kitchen had everything we needed and a big fridge. The gate to barricade the stairs was very handy to keep the children safe. The yard was well kept and included various gardens. Lots of space both inside and out. You can walk down the road to the ocean in about ten minutes. Thank you for a great week!
