Fantastic place to stay as a pair of families with small children. great activities (pool, indoor play, outdoor play park) for the little ones

Close to the beach and a lovely pub /restaurant. The large kitchen table was ideal for our family get together. Very peaceful location we would love to return.

What a fabulous house for a family break! So much space that for the 11 of us to spread out in,we never felt over crowded. The house was very well equipped,we could all comfortably sit down to eat. The garden was very safe for the children to run around in and it was such a quiet area. David was very responsive to any query I had. I think we could be back next year!

We booked this lovely house on the edge of Sidmouth as a base for visiting family. It was perfect, lovely and modern with lots of space downstairs and very comfortable bedrooms upstairs. We found it convenient for driving into Sidmouth for the shops, restaurants and beach plus accessible for our family further inland. It was very clean and everything in good order, very helpful instructions for using the hob and opening windows etc. lots of child friendly touches - our kids are older so we didn’t need the baby things but the nightlight and books/toys were welcome. I loved the decor and style of the house and the garden. We had a lovely trip and will hopefully stay here again.

Beautiful house very easy walk through the park to the nearby shops. Everything you could need for a weekend away handy and even a shop across the road for groceries! Good communication about the trip and real pleasure to stay here

We visited Bristol for an open Uni day and decided to make a family weekend out of it. Ciara's house is very cosy with comfy beds, a lovely fireplace and everything you may need for a couple of days. We had a great time exploring the pubs the first night and cooking on the second evening. Parking was super easy and free. Ciara responded immediately to messages and was very easy going. The whole experience was super relaxed. Thank you!

Pamela is an absolute star! They house the location everything is perfect. Very spacious even for 7 people the weather was on our side and had a great time on the landing. Perfect situated so you can travel to other close towns. Highly recommend staying here!

We stayed in apartment 38 for a week in July 2021. It exceeded my expectations and the pictures do not do it justice (the pictures make it look a bit dated but it really isn’t). It is a lovely 3 bed apartment - very clean throughout. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and the stairs lead up to the living area and kitchen! The kitchen comes with a fridge, dishwasher, cooker and oven. You also get all your basic cooking utensils and dishes alongside cleaning products including dishwasher tablets. One thing I would suggest is taking some tupperware to store your food in or if you want to make a picnic. The description also stated they provided cooking oil - but there wasn’t any - so it’s worth taking some if you want to make a full english in the morning. We ordered a Tesco online shop which was delivered straight to the apartment without any problems. Note, the pools (indoor and outdoor) are not heated so can be quite cold. The indoor pool area is a bit tired looking with the paint peeling off the floor - but the kids still had a fab time. The gym is also well equipped with weight and cardio machines…but again some of the padding on the machines are a bit worn. Overall we had a fab time, the views are amazing. Meadfoot beach is literally on the doorstep and the town is only a 15min walk away. Paignton beach (10min drive) is great for the kids if you want a bit more hustle and bustle i.e. Pier with arcades and fairground. Also recommend The Inn on the Green for lovely pub grub - they are directly opposite the Paignton pier and the staff were fab too.

Alan and I had a fantastic stay this week at the Annexe. Carol and Derek were so friendly and helpful and were so welcoming; they couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect. We felt at home straight away in a perfect space for us and our 2 small dogs. We had a relaxing and peaceful few days which was just what we needed and even had a magical experience where the cows and sheep in the field came right up to the fence to say hello one evening which made the perfect photos for our memories. We totally recommend this location if you are looking for a peaceful break. The annexe was spotlessly clean and had everything needed for the perfect stay with lots of extra items which really did make the difference such as: dog blankets, towels, bowls and treats. Bathroom towels, cleaning products and loo roll. Tea, coffee, sugar, biscuits and milk and of course those yummy fresh eggs. Carol and Derek thank you so much for an amazing stay- we will definitely be back. 😊

We loved our stay! What a lovely house. Clean and cosy with lovely decoration and details. Loved the soap, the scones, just everything was very thought out! Pictures don’t make it justice. There’s a very well equipped kitchen and washing machine and dryer which saved our life on a rainy weekend. Ilfracombe is such a lovely town and this house is only 10min walk to the centre. We particularly loved the harbour and having drinks at The Lime Kiln terrace. Highly recommend!!

We had a lovely stay. The space is light and comfortable. Everything you needed was there and even little extras like ice in the freezer 🙂 We would definitely stay again, it was lovely.

Matt's place is super clean, welcoming and warm. Parking outside was easy. There was usually always a space directly outside, and we just moved it into the paid area (directly across the street). There were absolutely no questions and Matt was the perfect host. Very flexible, kind and understanding. Recommended to anyone, especially parents.

Had a booking cancelled at short notice and had to find an alternative sharpish.. found this one and the host was back to us straight away and remained in regular contact. Directions and getting in were easy and we even got notification that the accommodation was ready early. Very clean and comfortable inside - nice and cozy Great job by the host.

Great little flat with a perfect view. Had everything we needed in the kitchen -we managed to cook a roast dinner at home one night. The sunsets are so beautiful to watch from the warmth and comfort of the lounge. Sue is fab and theres enough places to eat nearby if you want to go out.

Jill's place is brilliant! I found it spacious and scrupulously clean with really imaginative great quality furnishings.and appliances. The kitchen is excellent and comes with an impressive supply of utensils, cookware etc. The showers are great and the bed comfortable.There's a lovely upstairs TV lounge with 2 balconies great for sitting out.The courtyard on the ground floor is really attractive and well stocked with BBQ equipment etc. I loved the abundance of greenery both inside and out. It's very easy to find (on the A379) and doesn't involve negotiating any tortuous narrow rroads, thank goodness. Great to have 2 parking spaces. Jill was very quick to respond to a question I had and was extremely helpful regarding arrival/departure times. as well as providing local recommendations. Having stayed in many Airbnbs over the years, I'd say this is the best I have been to so far Thank you so much, Jill. Hope to book again.

Great flat with easy access to everything in the centre of Woolacombe. Short walk to the beach (even with a surfboard!). Free parking. Easy to find and get access to the property. The flat is on the 3rd floor, but there aren't many steps and easy enough to get up there without any hassles. The flat is light and airy with good sized bedrooms and lounge/kitchen area. Nice touch with tea, coffee, milk, cereals and biscuits on arrival. Great communication and fantastic host will definitely be visiting again!

We visited as a family of 4 adults specifically to do some planned walks. The accommodation suited us very well and loved the large kitchen with good facilities as we tend to eat 'at home'. Perfectly situated for the long stay car park and M&S Food Hall and the marina for boat trips to Starcross and Topsham. Excellent facilities within the flat. A very active but relaxing stay with bonus perfect weather every day. Many thanks Sue and family

Great place for a visit to Exmouth. Clean snd tidy. Centrally located and walkable to most areas including railway station. Good broadband connection. Garage is useful but only fits up to medium size vehicle.

Fantastic choice for a few days in Westward Ho! Excellent location making everything walkable was perfect. Very easy to check in and out with clear instructions. Definitely loved having the parking space would be key in high season. The apartment is so charming and inviting. It’s easy to feel right at the sea! Spacious inside with a well laid out plan. Loved the well stocked kitchen. The unit was peaceful bright and sunny which was just nice! Overall highly recommend bother apartment and Westward Ho! With its charming green, beaches, cafes and charm it’s just an overall lovely place. The apartment only enhances the experience!
