Beautiful Guest House in Desirable Northside

Hello and welcome to our home! This guest house is in our backyard and is very cozy with a large, screened-in porch. Sit in a rocking chair on the porch and enjoy the sounds of the many birds and the company of butterflies and hummingbirds. The King size bed is so comfortable! Our neighborhood lies between the Market District to the south and Bannerman Crossing to the North. There is shopping as well as many restaurants all around us. Downtown and FSU are 20 min away depending on traffic.

Twisted Pine Lake Cabin, secluded & near town

Close to everything, a million miles away....... Down the two-track driveway, past the view of the nearest neighbors, our new custom cabin awaits. Rest easy on the screened porch, with its view of the two-acre lake or cross the adjacent foot bridge to the island. Fish for bass and bream, stroll the walking path, paddle around and enjoy the wildlife, or just relax far from the madding crowd. This slice of paradise sits on 12 acres; our home is across the lake, out of sight and out of mind.

Charber Farm Cabin

A tranquil retreat nestled at the back of a 20-acre Pinetree farm. Here, you’ll experience the calming sounds of nature, with the occasional rooster crowing and the gentle mooing of cows in the distance. A few times a day, you can enjoy the picturesque sight of a train passing by, adding a touch of nostalgia to the setting. Whether you're enjoying a morning coffee on the porch or unwinding at sunset, the peaceful rhythm of the farm life invites you to slow down and reconnect with nature.

Bright, Modern Studio near Downtown & Universities

Enjoy your stay in our cozy, modern studio at a quiet, centrally-located neighborhood. The property is tastefully decorated with colorful patterns and modern accents. You will feel right at home. Downtown and universities are just about a 10-minute drive, and there are vast variety of stores and restaurants on Parkway less than 5 minutes away. One of our favorite cafes, The Bada Bean, serves excellent breakfast and brunch and is just a few blocks down the street (walking distance).

Tally Escape in Desirable Area

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our cozy condo is located in the highly desirable north Tallahassee community known as Killearn Estates. Guests will enjoy a quiet community lake, many paved walking paths, nearby golf and shopping. Plus, we are just a short, easy drive from the hustle and bustle of downtown and FSU making this the perfect Tally Escape! Our condo features spacious two bedrooms, two full baths and a luxurious back deck to enjoy under the towering oaks.

The Carriage House

Our lovely French inspired guest house features an open floor plan, 12-foot ceilings with real wood beams, a fully equipped kitchen and large brick patio overlooking a spacious backyard with shared pool. The two bedrooms are connected by a jack and jill bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination. the second bathroom, located just down the hall, has a standup shower. For additional guests, there are more sleeping arrangements in the family room on a single bed pullout love seat.

The Shed is located in a sprinkle of country, splash of city, Thomasville, GA. The Shed hosts a king bed and a combined kitchen living room space with a pullout Queen couch. You can spend your evenings outside on the patio with a fire or explore the beauty of historic downtown only 5 minutes away! A private 2 room guest house with a unique modern flare. Lovely townhome, completely renovated, close and convenient location to all amenities in Tallahassee. No stairs, with easy access. Private parking for 2 cars. As the owner of a commercial cleaning corporation, we have implemented all necessary measures to make sure the space is properly disinfected after each and every guest. Therefore, you can rest assured that we are doing everything possible to kill any flu or viruses that could be potentially transmitted.

Newly renovated private studio with private entrance. We are located at NE Tallahassee, a laidback and safer area of the town. Very quiet and 100% privacy. Within minutes to grocery stores , fine dinner and fast food, gyms etc . I have a ninja grill/bake/broil/stir fries/air crisps/all in one, a coffee maker, a microwave, a portable stove. You will enjoy the rural quiet also the city convenient at the same time while you stay here. Within 5 miles to I10.
