Excellent place to stay. The room was very clean, the location is perfect, and the restaurant on the first floor is delicious. I recommend this location and will definitely stay there again.

I stayed for a total of four nights. Pleasantly surprised about the size of the Accomodation. Everything was beautifully clean. In walking distance to shops, restaurants and Miami Beach South. Fantastic location. A bonus that towels are available to use On The Beach, plus I used the roof terrace a couple of times. A particular big thank you to David on reception. A very polite, friendly and helpful young man.

We loved our 1-night stay here! The property is beautiful, clean and well managed with very helpful and friendly staff. The unit itself was exactly what we needed and we loved having a view of the ocean from the wraparound balcony. Everything felt clean and we absolutely loved the eco-conscious choices such as the water sourcing and the organic shower products. We also really enjoyed the location after having time in South Beach. It’s in a much quieter area (although there is lots of traffic noise) so we were able to really recharge on the beach. What sealed it for us and why we chose this place, was the use of beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. So thoughtful!! We plan to return here for our next Miami trip.

Our time here was perfect. The apartment was clean with a beautiful view, amazing beach and pool,… we felt safe and comfortable. Easy to check in and check out. Restaurants, supermarket and mall is close to the hotel. Everything was amazing and we will definitely come back again.

Diese RBB-Wohnung am Mid Beach hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Der mega Ausblick aufs Meer war einfach atemberaubend und hat jeden Morgen zu einem besonderen Erlebnis gemacht. Die Wohnung selbst war super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Besonders die Küchezeile und der Esstisch am Fenster, so konnten wir mit dem fantastischen Panorama unsere Mahlzeiten genießen. Die vorhandenen Strandutensilien waren auch nützlich. Ein weiteres Highlight war der Vermieter, der proaktiv auf uns zukam und immer erreichbar war. Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und würden wenn wieder in Miami jederzeit gerne wiederkommen! DANKESCHÖN Jens

I stayed for two days and one night. Overall was good, went to the spa and the beach.

This apartment was well equipped, very clean and perfect for my three day conference. It’s attached to the hotel and all of the amenities such as room service and beach/pool access are available just as for hotel guests. Jorge reached out soon after I arrived to make sure all was well.

We love the Fontainebleau and decided to try an Airbnb on the property for this trip—I’m so glad we did! The unit was fantastic—comfortable, spacious, and came with all of the incredible hotel amenities and some, just as we’d expect from the Fontainebleau. The complimentary spa passes were a delightful surprise; my partner enjoyed the Lapis Spa thoroughly while I attended convention sessions. The view overlooking the resort, pool, and ocean was absolutely stunning, and the balcony was even larger than we expected, providing a perfect spot to play. Attending a convention can be hectic for me, so I enjoyed staying in the Sorrento Tower which offered a peaceful retreat away from the chaos of the convention. As a couple, we had ample space to spread out and feel at home. Our hosts, Tal and her husband, were incredibly accommodating and responsive, ensuring our stay was seamless and enjoyable. We’ll definitely consider booking this unit again.

We were evacuated from Sarasota, due to Milton. So while this wasn’t a pleasure trip, the Altair was a silver lining. We had a snafu at our first hotel, so we were panicked, found this on Airbnb, booked same day, and were in within a couple hours max. Such a relief! Great staff and team. The young man that checked us in was very helpful and sympathetic to my state of crazy! The area is pretty and just a few city blocks walk to the beach, and Bal Harbor shops. Also, dog friendly! Only negative the roof top pool was closed, due to weather. Should note it is a kosher hotel if that is a priority for you. Hope to return under better circumstances. Thanks the team at Altair for making us comfortable!

Overall, a great stay in a great location. Just as marketed, amenities were amazing (we hit the pool many times, along with that pool bar). Lots to do in the area and the host was very friendly and responsive. Flexible check in times were perfect for us traveling from the northeast. We appreciate the stay and had a great time!

Sean Ocean Properties made everything feel effortless, right from the start. The host was super responsive and shared all the details I needed for an easy, hassle-free check-in. The home looked just like the photos—spotless, well cared for, and in a fantastic location. Honestly, the whole experience was better than I could’ve hoped for. I’m already looking forward to booking this place again!

I loved this place! It was so clean and nice. The hotel is beautiful and the employees are always really nice and helpful. The room inside is comfortable and it is equipped with everything we needed, even towels and beach chairs on the beach. I also loved the location, it was close to a lot of different stores and places to buy things but far away enough to be relaxed. I highly recommend this place

This place hit all the markers. Our flight was delayed, and we were concerned that they would mark us down as a no-show. I contacted the host, and he called the hotel to ensure we were good. We arrived just after midnight the next morning, and the front desk gentleman greeted us with a kind greeting and was incredibly informative and helpful. Otherwise, the room was clean upon arrival. The location was dead center of all of the action. We spent most of our time around our hotel because of this. Overall 10/10 experience.

Everything was perfect with our apartment! David was very very helpful, quick to answer all the questions and was flexible so we could enter the property earlier (and leave later) which made a huuuuge difference! The apartment has everything you need, lots of towel, good hair dryer, dishwasher, microwave, nice view, but still private and silent. Also, you are close to all good restaurants, cafe and shops in Miami. Also, if you need to take public transportation is also very close by

Great host and wonderful condo with all amenities and an air fryer! Made heating up left over for the kids easy and quick. I was able to check in early and room was ready. Will stay here again!

Great stay. The toilet was a little wonky but we made it work. Balcony faces a loud roof, and like other reviews said you can definitely hear Palace downstairs, but that didn’t bother us at all. Tiny walk across the street to the beach and close to an amazing restaurant called Bacon Bitch.

El alojamiento de Luciana estuvo genial, muy cómodo y de gran espacio en una zona tranquila con buenos restaurantes, supermercados y cerca a los mall más importantes, así mismo a 15 min del aeropuerto lo que nos facilitó mucho la salida, definitivamente recomendado, gracias por todo el apoyo y la gran estadía.
