Appreciated the great communication! Heather was helpful and accommodating! No huge ‘host fee’ like some places! My son said everything was clean, looked like the pics, and was perfect for his 2 night stay while working in the area. Also said parking was easy!

James' place is amazing! There's lots of room in the apartment and it was perfectly clean and tidy when i arrived. The location is perfect, right in the middle of the Oregon district with peaceful streets all around and there were always a few parking spaces free on the street outside the apartment. James was always responsive and polite which helped my stay go smoothly. I definitely recommend this Airbnb when staying in Dayton.

My husband and I loved this cute little hideaway! It was very clean and had a welcoming charm. It was perfect for a weekend get away with our fur babies.

Second time at this location. Perfectly clean and updated. Wonderful grocery store across the street. Restaurants, ice cream shop and a great thrift store within super short walking distance.

We were visiting family in Cedarville and Grace's apartment met our needs perfectly. It was such a convenient location, and a lovely place to stay. Grace was extremely accommodating with our schedule, and we are looking forward to our next visit. Highly recommended.

This was my second time staying at Paul's place, and I will definitely stay again. He is friendly and proactive about sending instructions. The space is cozy, and the beds are comfortable. I love the quiet neighborhood, and peaceful residential street. It's great to spend the day in Yellow Springs, and then head there to relax. Definitely recommend.

My sister had a nice stay! I spent some time there with her & it was a nice home. My only complaint would be the noise coming from next door but that’s no fault of the host! 😊

Stayed here for 2 weeks while taking a class and studying for an exam at Hobart. Had everything I needed to cook, study in peace, and feel comfortable during my stay.

This was a very nice place to stay with our kids while we were visiting family. The house was very lovely in a quiet neighborhood. Easy interstate access and close to a lot of restaurants. We hope to make this our regular spot when we're in Ohio!

We had a wonderful stay at Julianna’s place! It was perfect for all our needs. There were plenty of stores/shopping nearby and excellent restaurants as well. It was easy to find and comfortable to relax and hang out. We will definitely be coming back!

Excellent host! Highly recommend! So nice & responds so fast! House was clean & no pet odor! They must do a thorough walk of the yard to make sure no renters missed picking up dog messes because we didn’t spot any! The fenced yard was a nice size. Beds were very comfortable and they provided plenty of pillows and extra blankets. Parking was never a problem right in front of the house. Perfect location for walking our dogs downtown! Would definitley stay here again!! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!

The home was beautiful and allowed our trip to be relaxing and reconnect. We are thinking of making this a yearly trip due to how comfortable we felt!
