The apartment is located next to a park on the 5th floor of a 5 story building without elevator. The apartment is 32m2. It’s not too far from Riga city centre, many public transportation options available in close proximity. There are food store near by. Commute to Old Riga takes 15 min via public transport or 30 min by foot. Double/Queen size bed (160cm x 200cm). No smoking inside apartment. Free parking MAY be available - please confirm before booking to ensure availability.

The apartment is located in Kalnciema Quarter Area which is a bright & lively spot in Riga, on the left bank of the Daugava River, in the green and colourful area of Pardaugava. The apartment is perfect for couples travelling for a short stay to Riga 9 mins drive from RIX airport 12 mins drive from Old Riga Public transport stops available within 5 min walk On-street parking available along outside of the main building area (free of charge, first come first park bases)
