Le lieu est hyper chaleureux, calme et à proximité de tout, je recommande

O espaço publicado é muito bom! Em frente o mar. O apartamento é excelente, volto com toda certeza. O único ponto a relatar é que não há locais bem próximos para um café, almoçar ou jantar. Tem que caminhar uns 15 minutos. O restaurante do condomínio poderia ser melhor, não deu vontade de comer no restaurante do condomínio.

Wish we could have stayed here longer. The pictures can’t capture how wonderful this spot is. We would love to return. Sandra was so welcoming and helpful. Perfect location. Don’t hesitate to book this one.

Everything was excellent. Host was super responsive and made us feel right at home. Charming, very spacious, clean home. We really enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable.

Fue un alojamiento muy ameno, me gusto que alado tiene un café para desayunar. La instalación muy buena, cuenta con varias amenidades que describe. Y muy cerca del ADO.

This was our second stay at the Casitas and it was another great experience. Rita and the staff once again provided excellent service on top of a great place to stay. You won't go wrong making this place your go to in Zihua! An excellent spot for access to all that La Ropa has to offer and just a short ride into downtown for some shopping or whatever adventure you have in mind. It was the Guitarfest 2025 for us this time, but you can rock it at many downtown spots if you miss the festival week and musid is one of your things. Last year we just chilled it poolside and down at the beach. Plenty of food spots nearby and if you just feel like staying in for the day, well Marguerite is the resort chef and an excellent cook. And if you're looking for an great massge you should really check out Alejandro! We both wish we had gotten massage from him last year but now we know. And he comes to the resort on appointment so get him booked quick! I'm very certain Rita would get him booked for you

Recomiendo este alojamiento por la ubicacion, la limpieza, la comunicacion buena con la duena. Muy bien ubicado cerca del centro, de la playa y tambien de los puntos de interes como tiendas de compras, lavanderia etc Laura estaba siempre disponible rapido y muy amable ! This place was absolutely fantastic, literally around the corner from the beach and all the restaurants and shopping. Loved the architecture and style/decorations. From 1-10, I rate this place a 20!!! So happy, that my wife didn’t want to leave. We WILL be returning!

They were very accommodating and were able to get us in within a day notice! Their place is perfect for bringing families together because you are all under the same roof but each family/couple has their own space in their own condo. Mateo was great help too. Thank you guys for the great time!

**Beautiful Property with Incredible Aesthetics and Comfortable Amenities** I had an amazing stay at this property! The aesthetic is stunning, with every detail designed to create a serene environment. The amenities were top-notch, and the room was incredibly comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location is peaceful and close to the beach, though it is a bit far from the town center. It’s around 30 minutes walking along the beach. During the rainy season, flooded roads can be a challenge, but the host was very clear about this. They provided contacts for reliable taxi drivers (costing $250-300 MXN or $12-15 USD one way) and are building a walkway to make getting around easier. Despite the distance, the quiet and tranquility of the location made it worth it. If you’re looking for a beautiful, peaceful place to stay, I highly recommend this property!

Very beautiful place to stay. Just a few blocks away from the busiest areas of the city. Very easy to walk around so I never felt like I needed a car. I really appreciated the full time security, felt very safe and secure as a solo traveler.

This place was beautiful! In my opinion the pictures don’t do it justice.. The home is spacious with some very easy going host with great communication… We will definitely be back..

My daughter and I planned a Mother’s Day getaway and we had a great stay in this bungalow! My wife loved it and we would recommend . The host was very accommodating and it’s in a great location very close to the beach and to all the restaurants/bars. There is also security at night so it felt very safe and secure

I had such a beautiful experience staying here during my time in Mérida. The space itself is stunning: bright, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with everything I needed to feel right at home. What made the experience even more special was the incredible hospitality. Cesar and Angelina were genuinely attentive and kind, always checking in and making sure I had everything I needed. From the little touches to the quick responses, they made my stay feel seamless and welcoming. It was the perfect home base to unwind after exploring the city, and I’m so grateful for how well taken care of I felt. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Mérida.

Una casa muy agradable, cómoda y con todos los servicios. Argelia muy amable y accesible, al igual que Arturo. Solo mejoraría sus persianas, la luz entra muy temprano en las habitaciones. Del resto una casa que vale la pena sin duda. Espero regresar!
