This is a wonderful gem of an apartment! We loved the courtyard and exposed brick. The 24 hour doorman was a plus too! There is a wonderful bakery on the corner and very well priced restaurants all within a short walk.

We had a great stay here. I would highly recommend this area, and this apartment is right in the hustle and bustle of it all. The apartment looked just as pictured, and was generally quiet and peaceful in the evenings. WiFi could be a little slow at times, but generally was working for us. We would return!

Our family of 3 had a great stay at Ann’s place. The position is strategic and close to the main attractions like beach and good restaurants. The amenities and kitchen ware offered is impressive so you can cook your own meal without problema. There’s a supermarket close by too! We’d definitely go back and I can certainly recommend it!

Beautiful apartment with incredible views of Bosque de Chapultepec from the patio. The location is really amazing - walking distance to many trendy bars and restaurants. The only downside was the amount of noise emanating from the street below; be sure to bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Very attentive and communicative host that I would book with again.

Viadora’s apartment was perfect for our family. We loved the space with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathroom. Communication was great - very responsive and helpful. Having 24/7 security gave us peace of mind. Wonderful neighborhood with so many great restaurants. Finally having the elevator open to our whole apartment was a fun novelty that the family enjoyed! Highly recommend and would stay again!

We loved the apartment. Very comfortable, great location - a Walmart Express less than a block away was super convenient. Beds were comfortable, bathrooms nice, good wifi. Elevator made it easy to move in and out with our luggage. It would have been good to have better lighting in parts of the apartment, but that's a small quibble. We'd stay there again on a future visit.

Roberto‘s apartment was absolutely amazing! It is beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable. The location at Plaza Rio de Janeiro could not be better with so many amazing bars and restaurants mere minutes on foot from the front door. Roberto was very responsive with answering any questions we had, especially during check-in and check-out. Can’t wait to book this apartment again when we come back to CDMX! ¡Muchas gracias Roberto!

We would stay here again in a heartbeat! The location was incredible. A walk away from so many bars, restaurants, cafes, and shops. Check-in was super easy and straightforward with the 24-hr front desk attendant. Nights were pretty quiet, especially for being in the middle of everything. Definitely book you stay here. :)

Casa Norte was wonderful! Walkable to the beach, restaurants, bars and more. Very responsive, provocative, helpful hosts that provided options for groceries, shuttles, and recommendations. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing stay! The home is beautiful and comfortable and had everything we needed for our group of six. Travis helped us coordinate transportation to the home from a different Airbnb in PV and then to the airport. The driver was awesome. David met us at the home and gave a quick tour and was very helpful. We did end up renting a golf cart after walking the first day. We would definitely stay again!!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment gets great light and has a lovely outdoor patio! Walkable to many museums and restaurants.

Increíble experiencia, la casa es preciosa, jardines enormes y muy bien cuidados, nuestros perritos encantados ,todo sumamente limpio, es un museo en cada centímetro del alojamiento,Angelica y su esposo súper amables y lindos siempre al pendiente y haciendo todo porque descansáramos y no nos preocupáramos por nada,la zona muy tranquila y muchas tienditas cerca y lugares de comida,el señor Luis siempre muy lindo y al pendiente de todo, nos encantó,nos hubiera gustado un poco más calientita el agua de la alberca pero es fresca por el calor y siempre la mantienen impecable en toda la estancia, volveremos felices.

Lupita’s place was clean, well stocked and she is a responsive and proactive host. Everything was as listed plus she provided extra touches like drinking water for the week and a welcome gift. We appreciated the local restaurant and activity recommendations as well. I highly recommend this home. One note is that the area is newer and the roads all around are unpaved and are quite rough and hard to navigate. Google maps and a suv or similar vehicle are a must.

This Airbnb was everything we hoped for and more! The location was absolutely unbeatable — just steps from the beach with stunning ocean views and the sound of waves lulling us to sleep each night. The space was clean, beautifully decorated, and felt like a true home away from home. We especially loved the outdoor seating area for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Cecilia and Orane were incredibly responsive and helpful, offering great local tips and making sure we had everything we needed. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home was exactly as described, it was clean, it was a beautiful home and very tastefully decorated. The location was not bad. We wish there was a coffee shop or other amenities very close by but Akumal Pueblo is only a few minute drive away and we found a very nice little spot in Akumal Pueblo to have our morning coffee with the locals. Overall, it’s a great value for the money if you rent a vehicle. Thank you for the stay.

Excelente lugar para relajarse. Muy bien ubicada y de fácil acceso. Nos sentimos bienvenidos con todo y mascotas. La villa que nos asignaron cuenta con una terraza donde pueden estar las mascotas sin interferir con otros huespedes lo que siempre se agradece. La casita muy limpia y con todos los servicios. El condominio con una alberca de muy buen tamaño. La atención es muy gentil y amistosa. Recomendable.

Was a very helpful host

We were very pleased with the apartment and how beautifully it is decorated. The sunset from the warm pool upstairs is priceless! This is one of the best places we have stayed in Puerto Vallarta!

We had a fantastic time at this sweet apartment in the lovely neighborhood of Condesa. I fell in love with the walk around Parque Mexico (especially on Avenida Amsterdam) and the area is very central for getting around. Nicholas and Sandra were very accommodating regarding our toddler, leaving a travel crib and high chair in the apartment for us, which was perfect for our needs. I know previous posts had mentioned issues with the hot water but we didn't have any problems, and the filtered tap water was a great bonus. Our only small issue was the wifi cutting in and out a little bit, which may be something to consider if you are working remotely. Overall, a wonderful deal in a wonderful neighborhood.

Great value for money in the bustling Condesa district. The apartment is well situated, within walking distance to both Parque España and Parque México, with lots of great restaurants nearby. Esther was a responsive and helpful host, providing us with a travel cot and high chair for our young child. There is no AC in the apartment, but this didn’t bother us—it cools down at night.

We completely loved & enjoyed our stay here, we were greeted by Meli's son Patricio who provided clear instructions gave us a tour of the condominium, its amenities and a tour of our condo. We will definitely be returning, the market, the bars, stores, etc were all walking distance. There's also a restaurant in the lobby area which has amazing food and service. Overall our stay was amazing!! Thank you very much for making our stay so pleasant and peaceful!

I’m a fairly frequent Airbnb customer, and I’ve never come across a friendlier, more responsive host than Ivette. Questions were answered almost instantaneously. She sent a bottle of sparkling wine for a birthday toast. And she extended our checkout time a little to better align with our flight. If there were more than five stars, she’d deserve them. The condo’s setting is stunning with views of the Caribbean and the Lagoon. Nice amenities onsite—pool, small restaurant. Probably best to rent a car, but we managed without one.

We loved staying here! Walkable neighborhood and a nice peaceful retreat from the busy city!
