Metropolitan City of Venice : locations de vacances avec suite privative

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property in Venice! The location was absolutely perfect—with a vaporetto (water bus) stop right in front of the apartment, it made getting around the city incredibly convenient and easy, especially with kids and luggage. The apartment itself was charming, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Our host was extremely communicative, always quick to reply and very helpful with suggestions and directions. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

We needed a place to stay before our early morning flight close to Marco Polo airport, so we chose Giannina’s place. She was really kind and responsive, she has a very handy booklet prepared for guests. Check-in and check-out was super easy and the public transport bus stop is right around the corner, so the commute to the place was easy as well.

L’alloggio si trova in una posizione fantastica , a soli 10 min da piazza San Marco. Allo stesso tempo si trova in una posizione strategica, poiché lontano dal caos del turismo , il che ti permette di soggiornare in estrema tranquillità. Bar , locali e ristoranti nelle immediate vicinanze . La casa corrispondeva esattamente alle foto, era molto pulita e spaziosa per due persone , molto carino il terrazzo privato. L’host ci ha anche offerto la possibilità di effettuare il check in con largo anticipo ed è sempre stata disponibile ed esaustiva. Indubbiamente ritornerei e consiglierei questo alloggio!

Roberto went above and beyond during my stay! I had such difficulties with my phone. The last airbnb I was staying at had bad outlets and was spotty so when I made it to Venice my phone was barely able to stay charged and I was in a panic. Roberto offered to pick me up! He is friendly, caring and understanding. His place exceeded my expectations!! The location could not have been more perfect. Steps away from bus stop, cute ice cream parlor, shops and places to eat! If you come to Venice, I highly suggest not staying in that location. This is SO MUCH BETTER. Especially if you have kids. I got to meet one of Robertos sons- extremely polite and welcoming. The big beautiful white dog was my favorite!! "Queen!!" :))))) Super clean, well decorated, comfortable bed, awesome shower and you just can't beat the location. Roberto's place is such a rare gem, and I will most certainly be back. This is one of the best airbnb I ever stayed at!! Thank you, Roberto!! From Tampa>AZ

We loved our stay at this apartment in Venice! It was super clean, comfy, and in the perfect location – right on the Grand Canal with the most beautiful views. We could walk to all the main sights really easily, and the water bus stop was just a few steps away, which made getting around a breeze. The bed was really comfortable, and even though it’s in the heart of Venice, it was peaceful and quiet at night. The little kitchen area was handy too – having a mini fridge and coffee maker was a nice bonus. Our host was lovely – really friendly, helpful, and quick to reply to any questions. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Would 100% stay again!

Super séjour chez Katja😊 La chambre et la salle de bain sont tres propres et pratiques. Nous pouvions allés à Venise très facilement avec le bus ou le tram (environ 20-30min) car l’arrêt est à 2min à pied. Le quartier est calme et l’arrivée au logement s’est faite très facilement. Les + sont les petits déjeuners le matin avec des petites attentions en plus pour Pâques.

Anna was a very nice and kind host. We booked the appartment on the arriving date, but it was not a problem for her. The flat was perfect, and we find some halloween candies for the kids on the table, and some foods in the fridge. It was amazing. Thanks again for everything Anna. 😘
