Das Haus ist perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub. Die Lage ist total ruhig und wunderschön. Nach Cagliari fährt man 30 min und kann dort shoppen, gut essen und Museen besuchen. Daniel ist ein phantastischer Gastgeber und wir haben uns von Minute eins wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Betten sind top und der Pool ein Traum. Man sollte ein Auto nutzen, dass mit einer etwas steinigen Straße umgehen kann. Danke an Daniel und Pierpaolo und bis bald.

Das Haus war extrem sauber, erfrischend und es standen Leckereien, Esswaren und Getränke für uns bereit. Wir sind begeistert! 😍 In diesem Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es wurde alles durchdacht. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind unmittelbar in der Nähe. Elisabetta ist sehr herzlich, liebevoll und hilfsbereit. Viel mehr als ein Super Host! ❤️🫶 Die Zeit in Sardinien haben wir sehr genossen. Wir haben uns bei Marco und Elena sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war ein sehr entspannter und erholsamer Aufenthalt. Marco und Elena sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Unserem Kind wurden direkt bei der Ankuft ein Kinderfahrrad und viele Spielsachen für den Strand gegeben. Die Unterkunft ist so wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Gute Bettwäsche/Handtücher. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1.OG (first floor) einer Villa und ist wie beschrieben über einer Außentreppe erreichbar. Man hat einen privaten Balkon, eine überdachte Terasse unten und einen eigenen Gartenanteil mit einer Außendusche. Die Gastgeber wohnen unten, man sieht sich aber kaum, außer Kontakt ist gewollt. Ein Stellplatz für das Auto und eine Waschmachine sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Ein kleiner ruhiger Strand ist in 5 Min zu Fuss erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurans sind in 10 Min mitm Auto in Pula erreichbar. Bei Marco kann man Fahrräder und ein Kanu kostenfrei ausleihen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Très jolie maison avec tout le nécessaire et dans un superbe cadre arboré (le jardin, et, au-delà, la pinède) à deux pas d'une belle longue plage très agréable pour les enfants. La pinède est en outre un lieu bien sécurisé pour que des enfants puissent jouer sans risque, à la période où on y était, qui était peu touristique. Simone a été extrêmement flexible sur les horaires (dans notre cas horaires franchement mouvants), et toujours très amical dans sa communication ! De plus, et cela devient rare sur Airbnb, le prix annoncé est bien le prix que vous payez (pas de surplus de type location de draps ou serviettes, taxes de séjour etc.). Je recommande !

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison au calme ! Tout était parfait ! La vue sur la baie est époustouflante et tellement apaisante ! Tous les soirs nous avons eu droit à un magnifique couché de soleil. La maison ne manque vraiment de rien, le frigo et les placards sont très bien garnis…on se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester encore quelques jours 😊 De plus Morgana est tellement adorable !! Elle a été très arrangeante, toujours très disponible et de très bons conseils pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour. Super communication ! Je recommande vivement!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir🥰

What a wonderful place! We have been here for a week and really enjoyed every day. The house is wonderfully quiet and has everything you need. Thank you Gabriele for your hospitality and all the great tips! Our first introduction to Sardinia, but certainly not the last!

Bellissimo soggiorno da Simona e Daniele! La casa é molto accogliente, pulita con una cucina dotata di tutti i comfort e molto ampia e scenografica! Ci siamo trovati molto bene, ospitali e disponbili per qualsiasi consiglio sulla zona da visitare e sui posti in cui mangiare. Super consigliato!

The place is absolutely perfect, but what I would like to highlight is Alice, the owner. Used Airbnb so many times, but Alice, felt like a friends more than a owner. She was on it as soon as we booked the place. She will help you with anything, from booking local restaurants (which was sooo good!) to arrange days out to even help to rent a car. Even if it was Easter, she was there. Nothing is too much for her and if there is a issue, she will find a solution. The place is typical italian, simple but perfect. Sparkling clean and had everything we needed it. The pool is amazing! Will struggle now to book another place without heat and salty water 😊 There are quite few steeps steps to the house, so bear that in mind if you have little kids or struggle to do stairs. Grazie Alice per tutto! Sei la migliore! A presto!

Una piacevole sorpresa in un posto incantevole. La struttura corrisponde a descrizione e foto. La signora Giovanna e suo marito ci hanno accolti ed assistiti con estrema gentilezza e disponibilità. La posizione è molto strategica per visitare le più belle spiagge della zona compresa la spiaggia vicina raggiungibile a piedi. Torneremo volentieri

Appartamento silenzioso, pulito e ben fornito di qualsiasi servizio. Ho Amato tantissimo la cucina! Bellissima la vasta libreria. :)

Schöne Wohnung für einen wunderbar erholsamen Aufenthalt in Sardinien. Die Bilder sagen alles... Taty und Luca sind gut erreichbar. Toller Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge, die Nähe zu Cagliari ist eine wunderbare Abwechslung zum beach life in der Umgebung. Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt ;-))

Massimo estuvo muy pendiente todo el tiempo, tuvimos un pequeño problema con el Internet y lo soluciono a la mayor brevedad posible y fue muy amable con nosotras

Villa stupenda a 10 minuti dal mare e 15 minuti da Cagliari

Raffaella ist wirklich eine absolut tolle Gastgeberin! Sie hat uns unglaublich viele Strände und Orte gezeigt, die so in keinem Reiseführer o.ä. wären, also echte Tipps einer Person, die die Insel In und Auswendig kennt. Man braucht mit dem Auto zwar ca. 15 min bis nach Cagliari, aber durch Busse und Taxen (oder einem Auto) ist die Entfernung kein Problem. Die Unterkunft bietet wirklich alles, von einem Waschraum (den man nach den Strandtagen auf jeden Fall braucht) bis hin zu den kleinsten Sachen (wie z.B. einem Föhn, einer neu verpackten Nagelschere etc.) Wir haben uns super Wohl bei ihr gefühlt und fanden es auch besonders schön, dass Sie uns persönlich noch einmal Tschüss sagen wollte, bevor wir fahren. Alles in allem war es ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt auf Sardinien.

Federican huoneisto on mukava ja käytännöllinen, saimme häneltä hyvät saapumisohjeet ja vihjeitä paikallisista juhlista, Giuliano neuvoi paikkoja flamingojen kuvaukseen. Teen ystävinä nautimme myös hienoista teemukeista ja ilmaisesta pysäköinnistä talon autohallissa, josta pääsee hissillä asunnon ovelle. Todella hintansa arvoinen majoitus ja lähellä kaupunkia ja lentoasemaa. Kiitos vielä, Federica ja Giuliano, ystävällisestä ja huomaavaisesta vieraanvaraisuudestanne!

Wir hatten einen 5 tägigen Aufenthalt und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Nähe zum Meer ist super, der Strand sehr schön. Die Unterkunft mit dem großen Balkon unter Pinienbäumen ebenfalls sehr gut. Anmerkung: Im Oktober hatte der Supermarkt direkt nebenan bereits geschlossen. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank Pietro!

A great house right near the beach. Excellent facilities and what wasn't in the house, you'd never need! So well stocked with appliances, supplies. Rezearta made lots of recommendations and was quick to respond to any queries.

Lage top und Aussicht fantastisch! Das Innere ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem die Küche. Der Vermieter ist supernett, vielen Dank für das Nachsenden des Ladegerätes. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

The house is as beautiful as on the photos, and the set up with 2 separate wings on each side of the living room is very convenient when travelling 2 families or a lagerger family group. The pool was great, nice and clean with views to the hills and the sea. Familiy meals on the porch, enjoying the views and the quiet location - just the best. You need a car, but it is an easy drive to Pula for shopping. Sabrina was very helpfull and flexible when we arrived late evening due to delayed flight.

Wunderschönes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in Strandnähe, Michaela war stets super erreichbar und hat für uns Restaurants reserviert und war immer sehr bemüht. Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub machen möchte ist dort perfekt aufgehoben!
