Wild and wonderful place, got to meet a lot of cool people and felt very at home and welcome there, very good for if you're visiting the city and want to meet people and have a relaxed family-type environment, the room itself was really cute and felt very warm and homely, place was on a really nice little street and near a road with a load of restaurants and stores and so on, Kat was super nice and great to talk to

This place is great for a fun weekend in Vancouver. Frieda and her husband are welcoming and breakfast is great. There is ample parking, close to downtown Richmond. If you want to go to Vancouver from her place you must drive to Richmond and take the train or drive into Vancouver. Overall great stay and will be back again!

I stayed at Margaret’s Bed and Breakfast for 8 nights and it felt like a home away from home. I loved Margaret. She is a wonderful woman, so warm and friendly and she has kept her home exactly the same too-warm, welcoming, so neat and clean. Each room in the house has a theme and is cozy with all amenities one could need for a comfortable stay. She would make a wholesome delicious breakfast for all the guests by herself which she would serve between 9-10am every morning. Everyone would gather in her kitchen, sitting on the dining table or kitchen bar and exchange conversations and stories about where they were from and where they were going. These mornings have been one of the most enjoyable parts of my stay here. The location is in a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood just a street above the esplanade. Its a lovely 15 mins walk to Lonsdale Avenue which has many shops and restaurants. There r some restaurants even closer than that too, 2 lanes away. I will surely stay here again!

I was looking for somewhere close to a wedding we were attending - it was a 5 minute walk! I was greeted by the owner who helped me get into the suite, showed me around and made me feel welcome. No issues at all.

For the second year in a row, great layover and breakfast at Frieda’s place on our way from Montreal to South Pacific. Very hospitable and great flexibility for the check in and check out. Excellent breakfast, tasty and plenty of food. Very highly recommended.

Our second stay during our time in BC and just as good as the first. Great house, wonderful breakfasts and good company. Joanne is an excellent host.

Jessica and William are very nice landlord, providing the excellent services than I expect. The house is very nice feel as home:) The breakfast is fantastic, menu change everyday no matter where you are from that you will love their food and services. 100% come back again when I travel to Vancouver. Cathy was very nice and friendly. Sweet lady accepted to host our last minute booking within minutes. She was very attended to our request and provided us with what we needed. The place was right in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, walkable to shops, restaurants,grocery stores and other amenities. Great experience! Thanks Cathy

A nice room with a private bathroom down the hall. Totally spotless and well presented, with a choice of cooked or continental breakfast provided. My wife and I found Joanne to be a welcoming host and enjoyed getting to know the other guests at breakfast.

Ocean Breeze is an excellent place to stay in North Vancouver! It is walkable from downtown and has great views of the harbor and Vancouver. The room was very clean and had all of the amenities in the listing. Margaret is an excellent host! She was friendly, responsive and very understanding of our needs.

David's place was beautiful, comfortable, and conveniently located near the Richmond Night Market(an awesome Asian food festival just 10 mins away). The room had a hot water kettle for tea or coffee and he also had a wonderful array of breakfast options downstairs in the kitchen. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! :)

Joanne is truly an amazing host. I have stayed in many Airbnbs and I would put this one at the top of my list. Joanne worked hard to make us feel so comfortable and at home. She provides delicious full breakfasts each day or a continental breakfast that you can take with you if you have to leave early. She was always on hand to answer any questions or to help us in any way (including lending me an umbrella when it was teeming rain). I would highly recommend Joanne’s home for your Vancouver stay

We, a group of 6, had an amazing stay at Erika's beach house. Beautiful location with a calm and serene view of the sea.This property stands on the Canada/US border with the US neighbourhood on the other side of the fence! That was interesting as long as you remember that when you take a stroll on the beach so you don't accidently walk into the US territory! The house was spotlessly clean and well kept. Erika is a great hostess. She offered tea/coffee and snacks on top of the lovely breakfast that was included in the price. Erika and her husband Syed lives in the property letting out individual rooms. Since we booked all the three rooms, we kind of had the whole house to ourselves. However, they made sure that we were comfortable but at the same time respected our privacy. As usually Airbnb properties workout to be cheaper for larger groups than comparable hotels, we found this property to be a little too expensive. But no complaints as we had a great stay there. Beautiful setting and view, perfectly located between UBC and downtown. I recommend Daisy’s home for a shared house experience with private en-suite, great breakfast and friendly hospitality.

Great experience - quaint, eclectic home in a neighborhood about a ten minute walk from shops and the SkyTrain to get into downtown. The space was great for two of us. Had fun connecting with Katrine as well as the other guests. Wonderful host!
