what a fantastic little place to stay and berke is an amazing guy nothing too much for him. if your thinking of booking uou will not be disappointed

The place is nice and the host has very good recommendation. Just that the parking might be difficult, for beginners, because there is not much space.

Wir waren als 4-köpfige familie mit kids 5 und 7 jährig dort und das haus sowie die lage sind perfekt. der strand ist in unmitelbarer nähe und das wasser dort sehr klar und sauber. alle unsere fragen wurden von der gastgeberin sehr schnell beantwortet. wir buchen wieder und können eine klare empfehlung abgeben.

A large, beautiful villa. Parking inside the courtyard. A big pool with a spacious surrounding area. There is plenty of space behind the house, and a barbecue is available. The balcony on the second floor offers a wonderful view of the sea and nature. Very easy to get to, not far from the road. The owner, Mario, is very friendly. I liked everything, highly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful home. We felt so comfortable and welcomed. There were so many extras we weren't expecting: snacks, drinks and ice creams; body wash and shampoo; cleaning products, foil/cling film/baking paper, etc. and laundry and dishwashing detergents. The house was spotless, with gorgeous new bathrooms (loved the huge shower enclosure upstairs), a beautiful clean garden and pool, excellent A/C units and quality bedding and towels. Ayca was always fast to respond and went out of her way to help us with anything we needed. We were so sad to leave and can't wait to go back!

Sehr gute Lage, sauber und großzügige Räume. Ausstattung überdurchschnittlich gut- von den Handtüchern bis zu den Wäscheklammern, von Sonnenschirm über Waschmittel bis zu Duschgel- alles vorhanden. Wunderschöner Strand ca 2 Minuten Gehweg entfernt, schöne Strandbar vorhanden. Hilfreicher Gastgeber, Auto empfehlenswert, sehr netter, zyprischer Ort mit Einkaufsmöglichkeit ca 3 km weit weg Ausgezeichnete Fischtaverne ist leicht fußläufig erreichbar.

София отличная и отзывчивая хозяйка. Дом находится в отличном месте, чтобы добраться куда угодно. Рядом были магазины, рестораны и пляжи ,кафе и тренажёры. 15 минут на машине до центра и 25 от аэропорта. В доме Очень чисто и комфортно всё продумано для отдыха с детьми. При проживании на Кипре необходим арендованный автомобиль, чтобы получить максимум пользы от отдыха. В папке было много мест, куда можно пойти, включая рестораны и достопримечательности, что было очень полезно. Спасибо за прохладнцю воду в холодильнике это было очень приятно. Наша семья отлично провела время в этом прекрасном доме!

Theodoros place is very beautiful with a great homely energy. The place is seconds from the beach and a starry sky at night. If you are looking for peace and serenity this is it, do not hesitate! The cat is very sweet also. Theodoros was responsive when I called/ messaged, easy going and friendly. I loved my stay here so much and would definitely recommend to friends family and come back when I can. You do need a car to get around fyi!

Huzur dolu bir konaklama deneyimiydi. Ev sahibimiz Alp Bey’in açık ve kolay iletişimi, çevre hakkındaki tavsiyeleri sayesinde çok rahat ettik. Ev temiz, sıcak ve oldukça keyifliydi. Oda ile banyonun perdeyle ayrılmış olmasına alışmak biraz zaman alabilir, ancak bu küçük bir detay. Her şey çok konforlu ve özenle düşünülmüştü. Vi bodde her en uke med sønnen vår på 4 år og hadde et supert opphold! Kjempe fin, ren og fresh leilighet, i gangavstand til restauranter og butikker på Nissi Avenue. Gode fasiliteter med TV på hvert rom, air condition og store senger. Flott takterrasse, perfekt å ta morgenkaffen der :) Utrolig rask respons og god kommunikasjon fra Patrick og Beatrice. Anbefales!

Bardzo fajne mieszkanie. Dobrze wyposażone, było wszystko czego potrzeba do funkcjonowania. Okolica spokojna, 15minut spacerkiem do centrum, 7 minut do przystanku autobusowego. Blisko sklep czynny całą dobę. Mogę z czystym sumieniem polecić mieszkanie u Rokasa

A lovely little apartment , perfectly proportioned and well stocked and maintained with every little thing we needed for a great holiday. Georgina is a lovely host, very friendly, helpful, and flexible. My partner and I loved staying here. cannot recommend enough!

Konakladığımız bölge merkez konumlara uzak bir yerde fakat araç varsa mutlaka böyle bir yerde kalınmalı biz araç kiraladığımız için çok rahat ettik, denize çok yakın konumda,dinlendirici,tertemiz ,evde bir aileye lazım olacak tüm herşey mevcut ve oldukça temiz ,balkonda barbekü keyfi için mangal da var,gidecek olan kişiler çok yakın konumdaki büyük marketten alışverişini yapıp geçerse evden çıkmak istemeyebilir , büyük casinolardan acapulco,elexcus,chamada,crotos gibi yerlere yakın sayılır,biz tatilin büyük bölümünü rahatlığı ve huzuru sebebiyle evde geçirdik .Tavsiye ederim

Evin konumu güzeldi ferah bir evdi. Ev sahibi ilettiğimiz her konuda yardımcı olmaya çalıştı. Evde Bulunmayan eşyaları talep Üzerine getirdiler. adanın kendinden kaynaklı su sıkıntısı yaşadık sular çok az akıyordu ve ev güneş enerjisiyle ısındığı için gittiğimiz mevsimi itibari ile Sular ısınmadı. Ev sahibi yandaki evi de bizim için açarak elektrikli şofben bulunan başka bir banyoyu Kullanmamızı sağladı. Küçük aksilikler dışında olumlu bir konaklamayı da kendine teşekkür ederiz

Maria is very helpful and friendly and always ready to help you. She gave clear instructions. The apartment is cosy, clean and equipped with all necessary amenities and equipment. I would return to her apartment if I decide to visit Paralimni again.

The place was really clean The rooms and living room are even better than the pictures, bathroom is perfect. The compound is really peaceful also has a supermarket inside open 24 hours, 1 min walk. And in front of the compound you find many restaurants and supermarkets again.

Peaceful location close to the beaches and restaurants and has two large supermarkets close by. Large outdoor area was great for relaxing. Apartment is well equipped with everything we needed.

Gorgeous, very spacious apartment, absolutely spotless and as described. Gary was very helpful and accommodating, responding quickly with great recommendations. The apartment is perfectly situated, 5 minutes from beautiful Nissi beach and amenities but nice and quiet too. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

We had pleasant 3 days at Chris's apartment. Chris was super informative. We got a huuuuuge, detailed message with all necessary information about check-in, neighborhood, shops, restaurants... Literally, everything you should know :)

Bob was a great host—friendly, responsive, and made my stay very comfortable. Highly recommend!
