Excellent host, super friendly and responsive! House was very clean, functional and in a great location, would definitely stay again!

My four sisters and I stayed here for nearly a week. The house met our needs perfectly for hanging out inside in the spacious living room and dining room and outside on the two patios where we had lovely views of the mountains. The house was perfectly situated for hiking in the Organ Mountains. Loved this place and would come back.

The stay’s view is amazing, perfect sunset, sunrise and stargazing. A clean and comfortable place to live in. As well as it was close to many good food places and around 45min away from White sand national park!

The location for what we need it is wonderful and convenient! No problems and the little hiccup we had was on the cooling system but I'm sure that will be fixed by the time we go back. Over all super excited to stay once again!

Very nice up kept home, close to the campus which made it perfect because we were their visiting our son.

I had a lovely stay at Gabe's place for an entire week. The home is updated, clean and comfortable with both indoor and outdoor spaces for relaxing or working. It's located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Gabe provided plenty of amenities that made me feel at home including a well-stocked kitchen. I have stayed at several places in Las Cruces over the past few years since my daughter moved there and Gabe's place is among the nicest.

This house was nothing short of amazing! Super clean and just as described. Abe was quick to respond and was super helpful with any questions I had. Will definitely stay here any chance I get when we are in Las Cruces! Hands down one of the top places I have stayed at.

Francisco, our host, was very responsive and accommodating. The home itself was clean and free of clutter. I really enjoy walking into a Airbnb that isn't overwhelmed with nicknacks and feels peaceful. My girls really didn't use many dishes but it looked like the kitchen was well equipped with what one would need if they are preparing meals there. Beds and linens were clean and comfortable and the large dining room table is perfect for 8 with 2 more bar chairs next to countertop. Open living and kitchen floor plan. The neighborhood is quiet and has new or newer homes and slightly tucked out of the way but super close to NMSU area. Probably 5 minute drive to NMSU. I would recommend this home from large groups to just a few, as there were plenty of beds and bedrooms. The garage is turned into a super cute game room with it's own mini-split ac that kept it cool. You'll have to park in driveway but no worries-great neighborhood.
