we were very delighted with the accommodations. the view and area were serene and accommodated both adults and a young child. we will definitely try to reserve again next spring . Gregory was very responsive.

This place was perfect for our family weekend of skiing! It was as advertised and matched the pictures. Marco's home is completely renovated and very clean. Marco was proactive with communication, checked the hot tub for us before we arrived, and gave us very friendly and clear instructions. Based on rentals, Marco let us check-in early and even check-out a little later which was very helpful and stress-free. We would definitely love to return!

Artem's place was great. Excellent communication throughout the experience. The place was great and everyone enjoyed themselves. Definitely a place to come back too!

Can't beat this location! Came to ski at Sunapee and it was around a 6 min drive to the mountain. House sits right on the lake too which was a beautiful view. Justin a was very responsive and proactive host!

Siding was very communicative throughout the entire process. My family enjoyed the cottage to ring in the New Year together. We had such a peaceful time. The house was just as described. We were lucky with weather and were able to enjoy a New Year’s Eve hike with great views

We stayed at this Airbnb for my husband's birthday weekend and had a fantastic time! The location is absolutely beautiful—right on Otter Pond, offering breathtaking views, especially during foliage season. If you’re into fishing, you’ll love it here! The bass fishing was top-notch. The interior of the house was cozy and had everything we needed. One pleasant surprise was that the host allowed us to check in early since no one stayed before us. We were so grateful and thrilled to have a head start on our stay! The one thing to note is that the neighbors are closer than expected, so it’s not super secluded. Also, check-out at 10 AM felt a bit early, but it wasn’t a huge issue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to anyone looking to relax, enjoy nature, and reel in some great fish!

100% would come back again. In fact, already thinking about coming back the same weekend next year! A dream getaway for our family and 4 and a pup. 5 stars and more!

Spent a weekend here in April with our two kids. it snowed 2 inches! We enjoyed cozying up in the house with wood burning stove, lots of games and puzzles and the record player. House was very well appointed with nice views of the lake. Most local businesses were closed at this time of year but could drive to wolfeboro for a fun day out.

This was the perfect cozy getaway I was hoping for for my family and I. It was a major factor, if not THEE factor/reason I decided to venture up to NH for my graduation. My family and I were long due for a vacation and this cottage was perfect, also allowing us to bring our young rescue. Perfect for a family of 4. Everyone was so nice in the neighborhood. We had a beautiful view of the lake, rain or shine, for our meals or just hanging out in the sun room. We cannot wait to come back again and hopefully for much longer than a weekend. Came up for a wedding. I thibk we got the best spot! What a comfortable home. It felt so awesome with everything so vintage! The clear night made the starts sparkle like glitter! What a wonderful little escape!

Lovely comfy home with great views out onto Chalk Pond and convenient for exploring around the Sunapee region. Rob was super responsive and was so gracious to allow us to check in a little early because we were traveling with our little one. Would absolutely stay again!

Rachel was so accommodating and helpful. I mistakenly booked the wrong dates and she quickly helped me change them, no questions asked. The cabin is in a great spot. Unfortunately it rained 24/7 while we were there so we didn’t really get to enjoy the lake like we wanted to. But we did enjoy the fireplace on the chilly mornings! Thanks Rachel!

This is my second stay at Isabel's and its always a pleasure. She is a very attentive and responsive host. If you ever have any needs, she is always quick to do whatever she can to make your stay a great one. She is a wonderful host! Would definitely recommend and I plan to be back next winter.

James was a great host. His home was beautiful and clean very warm and inviting and look forward to returning again.

I Stayed for the month of May for work purposes. Excellent location quick access to 93 and Laconia/Tilton, restaurants, shops, Walmart all 5mins away. It’s beautiful with water just 15ft from the porch, Wake up and catch the sunrise over the mountains and onto the lake! You’ll be glad you did every morning. Interior of the cottage is well set up, well stocked (K cups and even a new thing of cream in the fridge). Trash pick up on site. Excellent fridge, and stove. Hosts are friendly and amicable, they respond quickly to any needs. I’ve stayed several places in the area this year and absolutely adored my stay here. Gives the middle of nowhere feeling while being right in the heart of everything. I highly recommend!

This gorgeous lakeside home is full of all the right touches for the perfect stay - and we were absolutely THRILLED to be staying here for a second time. The home is clean and our host provided so many thoughtful details to ensure a cozy stay. The coffee bar was perfect, and my daughter was delighted with the selection of tea options to sip while taking in the natural beauty surrounding us. Dipping into the lake in the provided kayaks is such a gift. Stephen really has thought of every detail and it shows. This home is the perfect getaway and top of my list for places I enjoy returning to. I hope we get to stay again soon!

The view is even more stunning in person! Spent the weekend here with my family and it was breathtaking to say the least. Half of our time was spent just admiring the view because it’s that good. Cozy decor and open floor plan made it easy to settle in and feel right at home. Peaceful private neighborhood with great foliage. Perfect place for getting out on the water in kayaks, making s’mores, stargazing, and creating life long memories. We wish we could’ve stayed longer!!
