Beach Comber Rest

Light and airy in the summer, cozy in the winter, this beachside unit is less than 50 metres to Buffalo Beach. It's sandy and safe and perfect for a swim. The Lost Springs natural hot pools are a short walk away. This 1 bedroom spacious ground level unit is perfect for couples and has recently been renovated with a new kitchen and bathroom. Enjoy a complimentary Continental breakfast with fresh bread and spreads, cereals, tea and coffee. The flat is not suitable for children under the age of 8.

Take a short walk to take in the views over Wharekaho beach or follow the paths to take you to the beach.

3 free standing Tiny Cottages Cottage 1 is your kitchenette, lounge with with views. Full size fridge, freezer in porch. Covered BBQ area. TV, stereo, radio, WIFI, heating, portable fans. Up ladder to loft bedroom with double floor mattress and fabulous views. Cottage 2 is your romantic bedroom with French doors opening onto deck with views. Bunk room off enclosed porch,2 bunk beds . Across the drive is the 3rd cottage/bathroom facilities /kitchen sink, hot and cold water/washing machine.

The Treehouse Bush Retreat

Unique, private, expansive bush environment; a true retreat. Beautiful views down a valley of regenerating bush and out to sea - with Great Barrier island in the distance. Ideal for two couples travelling together but wanting more privacy. One couple can book The Treehouse and one The Empty Nest. Treehouse cooking facilities can then be shared.

We have two spacious, comfortable studio units tucked privately away in a garden setting on our 1400sqm property close to Whitianga's upgraded town centre, marina, supermarkets and The Warehouse. Beach, estuary, cafés, bars and eateries are also handy - everything is approximately within a 10-15 minute walk. Our Studio room opens onto a paved terrace with views over the ocean. The studio is well equipped with kitchenette, table & chairs, armchairs, separate shower & bathroom, separate toilet. There is a barbecue for cooking and an outside covered space. We supply a simple breakfast of muesli, yoghurt and milk. If you are dairy free and require something different please let me know. The pool and spa overlook the ocean and have amazing views.

Awesome Lost Spring hot pools only 100m away. Take an easy short walk to beach, ferry and town centre. Hire electric bikes, go across the ferry and ride to Cooks beach and even Hahei. Hire kayaks and take a scenic row in the Estuary and waterways. Newly renovated, separate entrance to studio apartment. Own bathroom on suite. Studio attached to main house. Own small private deck with cooking facilities, with electric fry pan and BBQ.
