Good quiet place to stay near Harper’s Ferry. Place was clean, hot tub was nice we were able to watch deer next door and across the street hang out and graze. Everything was in place and clean. Beds were soft and comfortable. The only issue that I have is the rocks that line the driveway especially when turning out of the driveway will catch lower vehicles and cars it caused a little damage to my wife’s car and be careful where you park there is an oak tree with dead and rotting limbs that need to be trimmed that are right above the area where cars would park if you have more than one car. If I were to ever come back to Harper’s Ferry I would definitely stay there again.

This was the second time we stayed at this house for a family gathering. As it was 2 years ago, this was a great place to enjoy a winter weekend. The house is easy to get to, very clean, with comfortable beds and linens. The kitchen was easy to get around, and the fire pit outside near the lake was great for us. All in all, a 5 out of 5 for all of us, and we'll definitely come back.

We had 11 guys stay at David’s place and were incredibly satisfied with the stay. The location was great and the cabin comfortable. There was always something to do.

We had a great time celebrating our 30th birthday at Eric’s place in Berkley Springs. Our group consisted of 10 adults and we all slept comfortably with one mattress in the downstairs common area. I think 12 adults may have been a bit of a squeeze. Awesome front porch and plenty of activities for those who like to be outdoors. The house had plenty of plates, utensils, grilling tools, linens, and pillows to accommodate us while we were there. I will say the water pressure at this house is very low. Doesn’t really matter if you’re embracing the outdoors, but just something to note. Thanks for a fun weekend!

This was the perfect spot to visit with family. Extremely comfortable home in a private, wooded area. We saw tons of deer and enjoyed sitting in the hot tub amongst the woods watching a stunning sunset in the snow. Campfire was great with a smokeless fire pit which was perfect for s’mores! I can’t say enough about the kitchen!!!! It was stunning and HUGE!!! Well appointed with everything we needed. We will definitely be back here for our kids wedding.

The host was friendly and responsive, which made the experience even better. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

This listing is an absolute gem! The house is beautiful, clean, peaceful and exactly as described and pictured in the listing. It is comfortable for a large group and has many communal spaces that make it easy to enjoy. The kitchen is even better equipped than my kitchen at home and is a joy to cook in. We loved the comfortable beds, outdoor spaces, and all of the little touches that made it feel like home. It is very centrally located and we appreciated the proximity to Harper's Ferry, local attractions, and beautiful hiking. Both Tamara and Tanya were incredibly accommodating and easy to communicate with. We are already discussing a return trip next year :)

This was our 2nd time staying at Hope Valley Farm, and it was even more magical! The first time was at Christmas, and we enjoyed the cozy warm environment away from the cold This time, we stayed for Easter, and got to enjoy more of the outdoor amenities and surrounding area. Cindy + Beth are incredible hosts, offering lots of cozy rooms for a big family to come and enjoy the holidays. We were also able to rent the large barn event space for our niece's baby shower, which made our special place that much more special to us. We are already planning our next stay at Hope Valley Farm! 5 stars!

Scott was super from the minute we booked until after we left - offering suggestions as well as early check in and late checkout. Place was great and close to wineries as well as Harper’s ferry!

If I could give this place 100 stars I would! This was the best AirBNB I’ve ever stayed in. The house was amazing, it was so beautifully decorated and so so clean and comfortable. It has a beautiful outdoor space as well! The host was so responsive and very accommodating to my group. There is no other place I would’ve wanted to celebrate my 30th birthday! Would recommend this place a million times!

My husband and I stayed in this lovely home to celebrate our 10th anniversary. It was our first overnight trip with our dogs and we needed to unplug and unwind for a few days. This was the perfect location. It was beautiful and quiet, and far enough away from town that we didnt feel like we needed to be "on the go" the whole weekend. The game room downstairs was so much fun and the main bedroom upstairs was relaxing and spacious. Berkeley Springs is a great little town. If you visit, check out Mythical Pizza. We would love to visit and rent this home again with additional family members because there were enough beds/bedrooms to accommodate. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Kayla’s house! The space was clean, spacious, and truly felt like a home away from home. It was perfect for our family — and our dog loved it too! The backyard was safe and secure, and the house was stocked with thoughtful touches that made traveling with kids and a pet so easy. Check-in was seamless, and Kayla was always quick to respond if we had any questions. The location was convenient to Gettysburg Battlefields, downtown Gettysburg and the Outlet Shoppes. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely come back again. Highly recommend to anyone traveling with family (and furry friends)!

This home was lovely! The host clearly takes great care to keep the home stocked with essentials. The kitchen was fully stocked; including plenty of coffee for the coffee pot. I’ve never stayed in an AirBNB with as many towels as they provided which is a small luxury but something our group noted and really appreciated. The host sent clear instructions and was proactive and friendly. The roads to the home may be difficult to navigate in inclement weather, but we got lucky with wonderful, warm weather! If your vehicle doesn’t travel well on back roads, I would just be cautious in the area. I would definitely stay here again, this home is a hidden gem!?

Jen's place never disappoints. Peaceful and secluded but close to so many things for entertainment if thats what you want. I enjoyed just settling back and relaxing.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house and Suranny was very responsive and helpful. The house was clean as can be and very spacious. Lots of natural sunlight and a wonderful covered porch to sit out on. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. We would certainly stay here again in the future.

Connor’s place was nice! We had a small girls trip for 2 nights. There is plenty of room and a nice back porch and covered outdoor seating! Perfect for a get away to Berkeley Springs or surrounding state parks.

Went on a trip with our family after many years and was so glad to choose this place as our getaway — we loved the home and can’t wait to get back. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, their home was comfortable for all ages.

Gorgeous private property, surrounded by nature. Welcoming home with wonderful amenities. Instantly aware a great deal of thought was put into all aspects of this home, providing a seamless transition to vacation mode. Host was very communicative and helpful. Would highly recommend.

The house was great. clean, lots of towels, loved the hot tub. There are two things I would point out. The steps to the upstairs are very hard for people with mobility issues but there are four bedrooms on first floor. There are two single steps on the first floor.

Our stay was great! We came for our daughter’s college graduation. The house was beautiful and the landscaping was gorgeous! We had plenty of space. You felt right at home. We had a great stay! Thank you so much!!

Truly a beautiful home. Spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly maintained. Beautiful views of the mountains. Even though we were able to do less exploring and hiking in the area than we would have liked due to the snow and cold, we had a wonderful, cozy time up atop the hill there. (Rana warned us about the snow several days in advance, so we were mentally prepared). Hope to get back again sometime in spring, summer, or fall.

There isn’t enough space on this review to write all the great things about our stay, this house and Nicole. Nicole is a fabulous host: easy to communicate with, very responsive and gave us some great insight to the area. The house was even better in person than in the photos. Very clean, well appointed and just the best location. It was quiet and remote while being close to things to do. The walking trail, hot tub and screen in porch were our most used spaces. The beds are very comfortable, there’s plenty of linens and pillows, and the perfect sleeping arrangement layout. There is a great assortment of toys in the house as well which my 2 year old loved. There was also so many thoughtful touches to the house as well like welcome guides, cooking basics and spices, bug spray, and so many other things. We have already said this is a house we will return to visit again. I also appreciated that the house really makes you disconnect and reset and enjoy the outdoors. Thank you again!
