Spacious Guest Studio in Park Like Setting

Charming guest house with many designer elements in a park like setting. Drenched with lots of natural light (5 skylights!) and filled with all the things you need! Only minutes from downtown Princeton! This is part of a lovely estate that dates back to the 1700s. We live in the main building and are here to help if you need us! Quiet and serene with an access to the Woodfield Reservation - beautiful trails including ponds. Can be rented with other spaces on the same property. Check my profile!

Enjoy your own lovely room in my sunny and charming home in the heart of Princeton, steps to Nassau Street and the University. Tastefully furnished and welcoming, my place is ideally located on one of Princeton’s most beloved “tree streets,” just a block from Small World Coffee and the Blue Point Grill. This bright and cheery room is decorated with fun vintage travel posters. The fully stocked kitchen faces west overlooking private backyard with a fire pit and ample outdoor seating.

Cheerful Room B&B in Princeton

I am offering a room with a queen size bed and its own private bathroom. This space has one door that can be locked and one sliding door into a great room that is only yours to enjoy! You will be the only ones on that side of the house. You’ll have your own kitchenette nook with a coffeemaker, hot water kettle, microwave and mini refrigerator. Silverware, plates & bowls are provided too. On your first morning I’ll drop off a tray with coffee and a freshly baked something!

At Historic Washington Crossing Established 1699*

This is a modest bedroom, a double bed, is short walk to the park, excellent food across street and in village, Canal paths in historic and beautiful Washington Crossing. On an 11-acre estate with outdoor grills and fire pits and beautiful hiking trails and scenery. Excellent land for hunting and fishing. The exterior of main building where this room is located is being worked on but no work noise or dirt enters the interior. Rustic. WIFI here.
