Loved the stay, older neighbourhood within walking distance to the city centre. Our host Mustafa was wonderful, very responsive from the beginning. We had issues getting our car out of the airport and checked in super late into the evening, but he was there to help with a smile on his face. He check in with us during our stay to make sure everything was good. I would highly recommend.

Mert Bey ve eşi çok güleryüzlü ve ilgililer. Bahçesiyle tavşanlarıyla yemyeşil doğanın içinde huzuru yakalayacağınız bir ev, merkeze de oldukça yakın. İhtiyacınız olan her şey evde mevcut, olası durumlar dahi düşünülmüş. Tercih ettiğim her ev temizdi ama bu evdeki nevresim ve yastıklar o kadar temizdi ki fazlasıyla evimizde gibi hissettik. Tekrar gelmeyi çok isteriz, kesinlikle tavsiye ediyorum.

Hakan ist ein wirklich sehr freundlicher Mensch der ein ökologisch wertvolles Haus zur Verfügung stellt. Alles ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet von den Blumen bis hin zum sparsamen Raketenofen, der auf Holzvergasung beruht und auf diese Weise sehr sparsam mit dem Rohstoff Holz umgeht.

İlkay hanım çok nazik ve bütün sorularımıza açık, net, hızlı dönüş yaptı. eve kolay bir şekilde kendimiz girdik, kendimiz çıktık buda gerçekten evinizdeymiş gibi hissettirdi. ev temiz ve düzenliydi tereddütünüz olmasın. sadece öneri olarak mutfak eşyaları biraz arttırılabilir. Despite arriving by car on an incredibly busy Sunday afternoon in Sirince, a tiny historic village with steeply narrow cobblestone streets, with Süleyman’s assistance we managed to navigate our way through the crowded throng of visitors to his remarkable location. Nearby we spent time at the brilliant Ephesus and adjacent museum as well as having a great seafood lunch on the coast about an hour away after hearing about this special possibility from Süleyman. All in all a very different and interesting few days.

Such a peaceful retreat--surrounded by an olive grove, listening to the melodic Muezzin call to prayer and the crackle of the wood in the fireplace (with plenty of wood provided) This is a sanctuary of silence and nature. There is a luxurious, infinity pool filled with artesian spring water which you can hear flowing from the cottage. So private- but only a short drive away is the bustling, well visted Sirince Village, and a bit farther are Ephesus, the Basilica of St. John, and the House of the Virgin Mary. The amenities are simple, but beautifully adequate. Our hostess, Alison, was very helpful and can really help with any touring questions. A great place to get away from it all and not be too far from it all.

Place was great, owners answered every question i had in maximum 10 mins. Place is clean, lightning is great, has a great balcony. Location was great. (restourants, coctail places, coffee shops etc.)

Wir waren im Oktober mit 7 Erwachsenen und einem Kleinkind zum Familienurlaub für eine Woche zu Gast. Die vielen Zimmer und Badezimmer ermöglichten uns eine gute harmonische Zeit. Die Küche war gut ausgerüstet, der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt und auch von uns täglich genutzt. Die ruhige Lage inmitten der Mandarinenplantage hat uns gut gefallen. In direkter Nachbarschaft lebt ein freundlicher Herr, der uns immer prompt in Alltagsfragen unterstützt hat und uns mit frischen Eiern versorgt hat. Zum Strand muss man eine vierspurige Straße überqueren, aber das war kein Problem. Die Umgebung ist nicht sehr touristisch, das hat uns gut gefallen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen, aber das Anmieten eines Autos scheint notwendig.

Alper Bey oldukça iyi bir ev sahibi. Eve giriş ve çıkışta esneklik sağladığı için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Kaldığımız süre boyunca tüm sorularımıza oldukça hızlı cevap verdi. Arkadaşlarımızla birlikte huzurlu, sakin bir haftasonu yaşadık. Civarda 1-2 dakikalık araç mesafesinde büyük market bulma şansınız var. Bahçe oldukça geniş ve evcil hayvanıyla ziyaret edecekler için oldukça güzel. Hava şartlarından dolayı havuzu kullanamadık. Onu da yazın yapacağımız gezimize saklıyoruz :)

Host was very friendly and always responsive through WhApp or IG if there were any problems or whenever we needed recommendations (i.e. a good Hamam). The house was very beautiful with identical looking neighboring houses. The pool quality was out of this world. Slightly salty and very little chlorine which meant you could open your eyes under water without straining your eyes. By far the best pool I've been in. The house is some distance away from the closest beach so a rental car is definitely recommended.

Staying at Fatma’s place was an amazing experience. First of all, Fatma has been an exceptional host; super welcoming, always responsive, proactive when we had questions and helpful even after we left the house. The house is located in a beautiful and peaceful area and offers plenty of amenities to enjoy with friends and family, such as table tennis, gym equipment, a pool and a barbecue. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to cook and serve meals for a group of 10. The house was incredibly clean and comfortable with every detail carefully thought out. The central heating worked perfectly. We didn’t encounter any problems but I want to note two things: (1) The location isn’t very central (though it’s safe), I’d recommend having a car rather than relying on taxis. (2) The internet connection can be slow if you’re planning to work from home with multiple people taking video calls; however, it’s fine for lighter use. Overal I highly recommend it.

9 gun kaldigimiz konaklamamiz harika gecti. Balkon ve teras manzarasi muthisti, ozellikle gece yildizlari cok net isleyebilirsiniz, bolge olarak isik gorece az ve cok sakindi. Ev cok guzel dizayn edilmis, ozellikle mutfak cok kullanisliydi. Odalarda hem klima hem tavan vantilatoru olmasi cok guzeldi, ayrica odalardaki dolaplar da yeterliydi. Bebek yatagi sormustuk, Nese hanim hizlica ayarlamis, geldigimizde hersey hazirdi. Bölge olara sakin, doga icerisi de ama merkeze de yakin bir yer. Denize cok yakin, hem kum hem de cakil tasli sahil secenegi var. Cocuklu aileler icin özdere cukuralti plaji cok guzel, biraz kalabalik ama keyifli. Nese hanima tatilimizi guzellestirdigi icin cok tesekkur ederiz.

Ilan resimlerinden daha geniş bir mekan. Plaja yakın olması kesinlikle bir avantaj. Ev sahipleri güleryüzlü, kibar ve yardımsever insanlar. Tek sıkıntı bodrum katta olmasından ötürü hafif bir rutubet kokusu oluyor. Pencereleri açık tuttuğunuz sürece hissedilmiyor.

Wir konnten die ganze Anlage sehr geniessen. Die Sicht auf den Sonnenuntergang zeigte sich in wunderbarer Farbenpracht. Sehr hat uns auch die Ruhe der ganzen Umgebung gefallen. Das geräumige Haus, die grosse, gut ausgestattete Küche, erlaubte uns als 3 Generationen-Familie mit ganz unterschiedlichen Bedürfnissen, einen entspannten Aufenthalt. Die Katzen, Hunde und Hühner mit Hahn (ohne Gockelgeschrei) erfreuten uns immer wieder in ihrem unterschiedlichen Verhalten. Der Kontakt mit Metin und Ali war unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir können das Haus bestens empfehlen.

We had an amazing time in Ozdere, the villa is quite spacious. There are few supermarkets around which was a big plus for us, we could easily walk to them. One of downsides was that there is no WiFi, we missed that when booking and since there was some issues with the satellite we had few boring nights 😂 . The place is close to a very nice beach, maybe 15 minutes walk but the walk is not easy for kids and older people. We usually walked there and took a taxi back because it was quite steep. All an all we had a great time and the hosts were very helpful, the place has everything a big family needs and many restaurants around. Thanks 🙏🏻

Der persönliche Empfang durch den Gastgeber war sehr herzlich – ich habe mich direkt willkommen gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist äußerst sauber, die Betten sind super hygienisch und sehr bequem. Auf Fragen wurde sofort reagiert, und es gab immer eine zeitnahe Rückmeldung. Die Lage ist ideal, wenn man mit dem Auto unterwegs ist – besonders die Nähe zum Flughafen und zur Messe ist optimal. Vielen Dank an den Gastgeber für den tollen Aufenthalt!

Die Wohnung war sauber und schön. Habe mich Wohlgefühlt. Hakan und die Schwester waren immer gut erreichbar bei Fragen. Tolle Umgebung. Danke 😊

Un véritable coup de cœur pour cette sublime maison spacieuse, nichée au calme juste au bord de la mer. Un vrai havre de paix où il fait bon se ressourcer. Plusieurs terrasses entourent la maison : vous pouvez profiter du soleil toute la journée, en fonction de son orientation. ☀️ La cuisine est parfaitement équipée, avec même quelques ingrédients de base à disposition, de quoi cuisiner en toute simplicité. Les chambres sont grandes, les lits ultra confortables, et la maison est d’une propreté irréprochable. Burcu, notre hôte, est une personne adorable : toujours disponible, chaleureuse et d’une grande gentillesse. Nous recommandons cette maison les yeux fermés : c’est un vrai bonheur d’y séjourner, entre sérénité, confort et accueil exceptionnel.
