Ready for a tiny adventure? The tiny house is unique and beautiful, constructed by a local craftsman with regionally sourced wood. The tiny house has a small loft (39" peak) with funky ladder-like stairs, full kitchen & bathroom. The loft has a full bed and couch converts to twin bed. Channel view and quiet neighborhood, less than 4 miles to downtown Juneau, overlooking Douglas Harbor and Gastineau Channel. 13 miles Eaglecrest Ski Area. 1 block Perseverance Theater, 2 blocks Treadwell Ice Rink

Our Point of View

Escape to a place with breathtaking glacier and mountain views that is only 20 min from downtown but feels worlds away. This cozy 1 BR 1 Bath apartment attached to the back of our home, includes a queen bed as well as a queen pull out sofa bed. It resides in a quiet neighborhood 5 min from the glacier & is the gateway to outdoor exploring with incredible views right off the deck and many other trails close by. Come see Our Point of View while having a private and solitary space all to yourself.

Eclectic Abode - 2nd house from the airport!

Built in 2021, 2nd house from the airport! Ten minute walk with luggage! We are here to host your fondest of memories. Relax after a day on the mountain, out at sea, or on one of our 250 miles worth of trails! Perfect for the adventure seeker with an eye for detail. Our space comes with amenities ranging from free parking, WiFi and streaming services to a full kitchen, soaker tub and outdoor patio w/fire pit! This space is behind a main home on site. You will find it down the left drive way :)

River House: On Mendenhall River/Glacier(4 min dr)

We love our place on the Mendenhall River! Eagles, bears, deer, porcupine, and otters are common sights in the backyard while the soft rush of the glacier-fed stream provides a soothing background. We are located in the upper Mendenhall Valley, just a 5 minute drive from the Mendenhall Glacier & 3 minute walk to the Brotherhood Bridge trail which takes you into deep old forest almost immediately. The river is ever changing and always beautiful & peaceful. We are available, but don’t intrude.

Home on the Bluff with Ocean View Hot Tub

Enjoy this spacious and unique space while watching whales, sea lions, and eagles in their natural habitat. This stunning property is located in the middle of the best trailheads and whale watching in Juneau. This property has two futons, one downstairs in the living room, and one upstairs in the loft. Things to note: The property is only accessible by a flight of outdoor stairs. The fireplace is unfortunately not in use. There is beach access from nearby trails, but not from the property.

The couch pulls out to a queen sized bed, and there are twin/full air mattresses in case you need to squeeze another kiddo or friend in there. You will love this brand new condo!

This cozy 2 bedroom stand -alone apartment is situated less than a mile from the Mendenhall Glacier. We invite you to feed the ducks from your private deck overlooking a large pond. This quiet and private spot is tucked in the woods, yet only five miles from the airport. On the deck is a propane grill, coffee/tea and breakfast foods are included, laundry facilities in apt, which means everything you need for your stay is here. Located on Douglas Island just across the Juneau-Douglas Bridge, you will get to enjoy watching the sun rise up behind Gastineau ridge, and fall asleep to the cruise ships lighting up the channel. Douglas Island offers an amazing Sandy Beach, hiking trails, and beautiful Alaskan views from every angle.
