j’ai passé un super sejour quartier calme et reposant parfait pour se detendre avec le jacuzzi je reviendrai avec plaisir !

This stay was wonderful. As soon as you step through the gate of this urban oasis, the temperature cools noticeably and the cacophony of the city fades away. The host is kind and helpful and speaks perfect English. She is usually on the property 24/7. We loved the elevator, a unique feature that was like our own amusement park ride! lol But stairs are there for additional access. Household workers are also on the property (which is a large compound containing many trees and birds) and were ready to assist with any needs we had. btw They are clearly adults, with children of their own, and the previous reviewer’s perception that they were underage was weird and, frankly, racist. In short, we cannot recommend this property too highly, and plan to stay here again!

Staying at the heart of vibrant Saigon, Home of Wanderful Dreamers was such a perfect place for peaceful neighborhood and superb host. I planned only 2 nights but extended to 4 nights instead. Duck and Ted was amazing travel bloggers in Viet Nam. They love peoples and cultures, and most of all they respect all walks of people. They are quite flexible for check in and out if the rooms are available, like they allowed me to enjoy the room even at 6AM in the morning, and check out at 5PM to wait for my flight. Very thoughful, considerate and lovely people. The check in was superb smooth as self-check in. Duck and Ted also texted me to see if I was safely arrived home. During my stay, they always asked me if I needed any support/ help. The room was mentioned without breakfast in their profile, but they DO provide instant noolde cups, cookies, and tea, coffee. Their shampoo and bath cream was superb which I thought I was staying at 5* hotel. Very relaxing! Duck was an amazing photographers who also offered walking tour or photoshoot for you. I tried the photoshoot. Amazing experience! I definitely go back again and would like to recommend those who are having any plan to come to Saigon!

Had a wonderful week in Chinh's home! It is perfect for two guests! We loved the 2 floors, and all the space we needed. The balcony over looks a great part of the city full of life. The location is literally perfect we enjoyed our walks everyday. chinh is probably the most responsive host I've had with great recommendations. We will definitely return

We really enjoyed our stay here. What we liked best was the convenient location, as we were able to walk to almost wherever we needed to go. Also, there was a big supermarket a couple of minutes away, which was very convenient. We would be happy to stay here again the next time we're in Ho Chi Minh City.

Tolle Unterkunft, mittlerweile etwas alt, was man am Bad oder der Klimaanlage merkte, aber trotzdem sehr schön. Lage inmitten Urwaldbäumen, Kröten, Echsen und Vögeln. Dies hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Der Strand war etwas weiter weg, als angegeben (ca 10 Minuten Fußweg). So 100 prozentig reinlich war es auch nicht. Wir fanden beispielsweise Plastikflaschen hinter dem Bett. Trotz alledem haben wir unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen :-)

I've stayed in many AirBnB's in Bangkok and Asia, and can easily say this is the best one I've stayed in. It's a few minutes walk to a lovely little park and also EmQuartier and other big shopping malls. The apartment itself is really charming and feels like a real home unlike many other apartments in the area. It's on the top floor of a three story building and has two large balconies to sit on the early evenings and listen to the birdsong. The apartment is located inside a very quiet, private little compound with beautiful trees and a little garden to sit in. We liked it so much we extended our stay for a few days and Patisorn helped us without fuss. He recommended many great restaurants in the area, also. This has become my new favourite place to stay in Bangkok and for future visits I will absolutely stay here again if it's available.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was very comfortable, even with two kids. You can tell our host thought about everything. The location is good, walking distance from the old quarter and in a very nice mine street. The apartment is on the eighth floor, and you can hardly hear any noise. We'll love to come back

Pai's place was great! We only stayed one night, I'm sad we couldn't stay longer! Checkin and checkout was a breeze and it was a short distance to the airport which we needed for our last night. The loft was gorgeous and clean, would definitely recommend!

Great host and house was as per the pictures! The location was easy to find and super central! It was also spacious for a big group of friends especially when all of us as we were locked in during the earthquake!! Thank you!

This is my home away from home. I’ve stayed more times than I can count. The host is great. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. If you want to stay in the real Bangkok away from tourist but only a train ride to tourist attractions, I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS ACCOMMODATION

loved staying at Anne's 2br loft. We stayed for 2 nights only but wished we had longer. the loft itself had everything and more than we needed. Washing machine was welcome for a much needed wash of clothes. Both bedrooms were different but very comfortable and private from each other. While we didn't really use the kitchen it was well suited if you wanted to eat in with everything you could need. The floor to ceiling windows/doors at the end of the loft going out to the balcony were fantastic to view the outside craziness if Hanoi yet still felt protected and private. The bonus of. abig TV, Netflix and surround sound system were icing on the cake. We didn't think we'd use it but it was a nice respite from Hanoi streets so we used it more than we thought. a great place to stay with an amazingly central location to everything the Old Quarter has to offer.

This place was amazing. It's like having a whole apartment in a resort. The three pools on the roofs of the towers alone are worth the price. The lobbies are opulent. Full size gym is great with yet more great views. There's even a theatre you can reserve. Getting food deliveries is simple with the building drop off point. There's a convenience store attached so if you ever need anything, its right there. Getting out about is a cinch, taxis are able to pull right up the building. You'll have a hard time finding a place with more amenities. I'm basically a nomad these days and almost exclusively live out of Airbnb's, and I can tell you the host here was the best. Answered every question immediately and periodically checked in to see if I needed anything. The host even stocked the fridge with some drinks and snacks for my arrival. I've never had that in an Airbnb before. If you're reading this, just take the place. You will love it, I promise. I can't say enough about it.

Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich eine Perle in Bangkok. Ich hab geschlafen wie ein König. Der Glasbau im oberen Stockwerk um das Bett herum macht die ganze Atmosphäre sehr ruhig und entspannt zum schlafen. Aber auch die gesamte Wohnung sehr modern, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ich werde immer wiederkommen. Für mich eins der besten Unterkünfte in Bangkok.

This is my second stay. Last time I came here for work, and this time was just on vacation. Garbage bags, extra toilet rolls, and a hair dryer were provided which I couldn't find last time. Also there were welcome snacks and elephant souvenirs for me ! Thanks a lot. Free parking lot is available, and since I rented a car this time, I was able to conveniently go to Ayutthaya, Bangkok and anywhere. The pool on the premises was great, but I was disappointed that I couldn't use the jacuzzi. I do not know why. Lastly, the manager was very kind and helpful.

This fabulous room is in a great location. Close to walking street and shops. Hop on and off sight seeing bus just along street too. I had a great time here and would definitely book again. On 3rd floor so avoid if you can’t do stairs! Lovely balcony to sit and watch the street life below.

I stayed for a month and would definitely stay again. Just meters to many great restaurants and attractions. Jerome was super attentive and quick to respond to any question I had.

Will stay here always when I visit Hanoi if I can. Great host, very sweet and nice person and fast to respond. Please treat them kindly they are very good people.

I have stayed in this condominium several times, and I will do it again. For me, it is perfect because it is easy to get to the BTS and move where I want. Inside the condominium there is a restaurant with good and cheap food, the swimming pool is very good,small gym but enough to exercise your body during the holidays

Good area for people who want to be away from farang areas but you can get around easily due to the BTS being close. Pool is nice and in the shade, so great to cool off. The room is not modern but it's big and clean. Nice host.

Everything was OK. Could use internet. Mobile signal is quite poor.

Can’t say enough great things about the places run by this host or about the host herself. I have been coming to her apartments for over seven years. As a business owner and as a human being she has always gone above and beyond what you would reasonably expect. These are fun, clean, and practical rooms. The ones at House 22/Charoen Krung are in a quiet alley right off the main road. Be mindful that there is no elevator and the stairs are steep when booking the room. A short walk to everything from convenience stores, restaurants, and of course the light rail station. I would and often do suggest this place to any visitor.
