Das Haus von Manfred war einfach top! Schöne ruhige Lage und exakt wie auf den Fotos. Manfred war für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und war sehr freundlich. Gerne wieder! 😊

The house is amazing and elegant. All the apartments in the house are beautiful and large. Beautiful pool and services. A couple of issues are related to the gate entrance that was broken and to the air conditioning that was present only in a part of the house.

Christine est très disponible pour organiser son déplacement, réactive aux messages et de bon conseils. La maison se trouve dans un coteau verdoyant au calme sans être trop loin de Semriach mais il ne faut pas se tromper de route ! Cadre très agréable et maison conforme à la description. À l’année prochaine.

Ich habe Silvester in der Unterkunft von Michael mit meinem Hund verbracht. Die Lage ist wunderschön, das Wetter war toll und der Ausblick ein Traum. Wer hier vom Alltag abschalten möchte ist genau richtig. Der Vater von Michael hat mich in Empfang genommen, mir alles gezeigt und den Schlüssel übergeben. Michael und sein Vater sind sehr freundliche und herzliche Menschen. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben, wunderschön und gepflegt. Der Balkon mit tollem Ausblick waren das Highlight, morgens nach dem Ausblick über die Landschaft von Gamlitz zu schauen. Unten an der Straße fließt ein wunderschöner Bach, an dem ich täglich mit meinem Hund spazieren gegangen bin. Die Nachbarn waren freundlich und der Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft. Wenn ich dort wieder Urlaub machen möchte, werde ich die Unterkunft von Michael wieder buchen. 😊

Als zuerst einmal: Die Wohnung war toll und die Lage ein Traum. Ein toller Blick über Graz. Maria hat einen tollen Job gemacht, die Wohnung war perfekt hergerichtet. Die Klimaanlage ist an heißen Tagen wirklich ein Traum. Sollten wir wieder einmal nach Graz kommen, wäre Maria wieder unsere erste Wahl. Danke nochmal

The place was beyond our expectation. Fully equipped, and was more than spacious for 3 families with children. The skilift is a bit far on foot, especially with children, and the ski in/out works only when all the slopes are in operation, that was a minor inconvenience in our case, but that depends solely on the weather. The host was responsive, and promptly answered all of my questions. After all, i'd recommend this place!

Ich habe dchon mehrmals hier übernachtet. Werde ich wieder tuen, und kann es weiterempfehlen.

Christine is a wonderful host. She has thought of every detail to make your stay comfortable. The house is equipped with everything you need and more. It is spacious and the views are phenomenal. The location is a dream; it is peaceful and like a picture yet close to city centre. Christine is a warm and friendly person and we felt at home.
