Lovely place just few steps from the water. Close to restaurants and the main street. Cozy apartment. Andrew has allowed us to check in earlier. We would gladly come back.

A lovely top floor flat right on the High Street and close to the beach. We had a glitch checking in, but this was swiftly fixed. Great location so long as you're happy to climb stairs, and don't mind a little bit of noise on a Saturday night

Sea View is a comfortable flat which is in a perfect location for visiting family in the Southend area or exploring this part of Essex. The flat has a lovely view across to the River Thames estuary. The flat has two bedrooms with comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen, a clean bathroom with hot shower and a comfortable lounge / dinning room. The flat is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is parking for a small car with off road free parking for something bigger. The flat is easy to access with clear instructions for the key pad and with using the heating etc. The flat is in a good location for many tourist attractions in the area and within walking distance of local shops, pubs and the shore line. Trevor is a very helpful host who provided lots of information and advice prior to our visit. He was very understanding when we reported an minor accident to a furnishing and we resolved the issue amicably. Thanks Trevor and our apologies.

really clean, located very close to the Cliffs Pavillion and a 10min walk from the town. neighborhood is quiet and nice and the apartment itself was spacious and clean

Fantastic little apartment minutes from all amenities. Very secure car park so I wasn't concerned for the security of my van overnight. The block is on a busy road and the traffic noise is noticeable if you are used to a quiet night. TV had all the apps so you can watch whatever you want to. Bar and grill directly below the apartment block does an amazing burger too. Will definitely book again next time I am working in the area.

Lovely modern clean apartment . Very handy if you want to see something at the cliffs pavilion. As just around the corner . Close to Southends main strip . Every need catered for . Only thing missing was a bistro table and chairs on the balcony . Enjoyed our stay

We stayed two nights in this beautiful Georgian garden flat and felt very at home. Antony is super friendly and sent a detailed welcome pack ahead of time including tips for things to see and food recommendations. The kitchen was well equipped (we like to cook for ourselves) and generously provided lots of bits and bobs including milk (soya as well as regular), bread and juice. The garden front and back is very pretty and lovely to sit out in. The wifi was powerful enough to watch shows on our phones, although it was nice to read/play games and not just sit in front of a screen. Absolutely recommend staying here if you want to explore Sheppey (particularly if you want to visit Elmley reserve but stay somewhere homely and cheaper!).

Stayed in this lovely loft for a few days on a trip to Southend. Felt very homely and had everything we could have needed. Great that the tv was all set up with the apps and easy to watch all the streaming services, and games and books available if we fancied a night in. Cupboard was stocked with essentials for cooking and the coffee and biscuits were a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Jason’s place was wonderful for our little family and super close to old town and new town. Sara’s was great for brunch Sunday morning and the Library playground and library were great for my little one on Saturday.

Ria’s place was fantastic.Great location minutes from the sea front.Spotless clean and everything you needed was there .Very good selection of toys which the baby loved.Everything was so easy to use from the shower to the hob and oven etc . Ria even made arrangements to have the house ready for us from 11am when we enquired if we could just drop our bags off early as we’d been travelling from 4 am. That to us was an amazing gesture 🤩

A beautiful house - modernised inside without losing any of its period charm - in a great location. Katrina was a perfect host. We’ll certainly look to stay again in future!

We have just returned home from a week’s stay at Karen‘s house. It was a home from home with lots of space for our family of five and very clean. Karen was super helpful and responsive, she even went as far as leaving presents out for our children that they loved and food items for our stay. The house is centrally located for shopping, the seafront, park and many other local attractions. If you are thinking of staying here, we highly recommend and would book again. Thank you Karen!

Love Old Leigh. Needed somewhere while visiting family locally and where better. Somehow managed to never see the tide in. Parking was good considering how busy the area is.

Becky's bungalow is beautifully decorated, alot of time and love has been put into making it a lovely space. Becky was responsive and friendly.

Short and sweet stay - very quick and easy check in out and out process. Beautiful property and lovely in the sun! Clean and as described. Will be coming again in summer for longer!

Stunning High end finished property in a lovely part of Leigh-on-Sea. The host was terrific with helping us have a truly good stay. The house is literally the best Airbnb we have stayed in this area. The garden is a terrific space and lovely views over the estuary and with sunrise to sunset it has a wonderful position. The place was immaculate and far exceeded our expectations. With all the walkable restaurants, shops and bars it's difficult to check out and not want to move in full time. Really worth booking if you can get in at any time. Thank you!

Wow! it's the easiest way to describe our whole stay. The apartment was fantastic, from the moment you stepped in, it felt like home. A place to unwind and relax. Everything is placed in such a lovely way that it feels like you put it there yourself it genuinely felt like our own home. The view from the balcony was incredible. Being able to sit there and drink a coffee looking out over the ocean was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back again for another get away!! Thank you to Mark and Maxine for hosting such a fabulous apartment!

Lovely stay in Southend, Bev was very quick at responding and the flat was a perfect hub for a quick weekend getaway

Great location, nice and quiet. Close to the beach and 10 minute walk to the pier. Looked like the pictures and exactly as I was expecting. Sofa and beds were comfy and plenty of afternoon sun on the balcony.

Great location - close to transport and the restaurants and the buzz of Leigh … but also really quiet. Beautifully decorated. Exceptional extras with brilliant facilities. And Karen was absolutely awesome.

I am a heavy travellers . I stayed so many places before. Hotels or flats. Aniesha’s flat is like a five star hotel suite! Very modern and stylish. The building is only 1.5years old. Very clean and the location is very convenient just in front of railway station and near supermarket and shopping center. Lots of restaurants nearby. It makes me feel like home. Thank you Aniesha! Aniesha is a very nice host. I already look forward to coming back again! Wish a merry Christmas and Happy new year.

I stayed in this flat with my family, I was nice and clean flat with all the essential appliances, there is also a beautiful backyard. the area was so peaceful and walkable with alot of amenities, also it is near to beach walk with amazing view. thank you Chris & Hilary ⚘️⚘️ for your comfortable guesting and unlimited help and support. Wow! What a great find, I will definitely be back. Came here for some me time and to relax and the penthouse apartment was perfection! Samantha is an amazing host, so helpful and quick to respond to messages and gave some great recommendations for local places to eat. The apartment itself is spotless and SO comfortable and the added touches like milk, juice, jams, biscuits and ice creams made me feel so comfortable and at home as soon as I walked through the door! The whole apartment is so well equipped and the view from the living room, well I could stare at that forever! Thank you!! I will be back one day and I’m already looking forward to it!
