There is a shower room with a large walk-in shower. Outside you will find a courtyard with a comfy seating/dining area under a large gazebo. This gazebo will be for your private use. There is a double bedroom, shower room and a lounge area with TV and Wi-Fi. Parking is available. There is a small patio are that can be used in the summer overlooking the main garden.

Good transport links, lots of parks, and lakes, garden which you share with owner, I have 2 friendly Shih-Tzu dogs which do not enter the annex.
