This location served our needs very well, we were not in the unit for much time. The location is very convenient to the interstate and restaurants in the area. You have 2 parking spaces off the street, however, some of the neighbors speed making it difficult to back out.

Barbs place was perfect for our weekend get away. She was responsive and ready to help the whole time we were there. Will definitely become a repeat customer of hers!

Our Volunteer City Getaway was wonderful! This space is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to anywhere you might want to get in Knoxville. The basement apartment has everything you could need during your stay, and I especially loved the peaceful deck/backyard when spending some time outside. Donna was a friendly and responsive host, we felt right at home during our weekend stay. I’d highly recommend this gem on your next trip to Knoxville!

My family of 3 had a great stay at Cynthia's duplex. It's located in a good location, close to their downtown restaurants and shops. The amenities that were provided was some of the best we've seen compared to the several other rental's we've stayed in the past. Would definitely book again if we needed a stay in Cleveland, TN. This is a quiet and peaceful place to stay close enough to Chattanooga for the attractions and restaurants, but far enough away to relax and get more for your money. My cousins and I felt right at home and enjoyed the clean/well-equipped kitchen, beautiful countertops, comfortable beds and big-screen TV. It rained so we didn't get a chance to enjoy the large deck and beautiful back yard, but it looked really nice!! Everything was clean and welcoming.

This is your grandma’s house. 🥰 I was just waiting for my grandma to walk through. The look, the smell, the cozy and comfy feeling. The host provides a free bottle of wine. As of March 2025, the host required a security hold of $1000 or a non-refundable deposit of $45. I would stay here again if I needed an entire house. There’s so much room and it’s very clean!

Fantastic place. Away from the main strip but tons of restraunts/stores and fishing areas within 10-15 minutes from the house. House was great with everything you’d need to be comfortable. Owner was very responsive and helpful! Would stay again!

Christian was a great host and the location was perfect for us. My mother was having surgery, so we needed a place closer to the hospital to rest at during her surgery and for her first couple days of recovery. The location is less than a mile from Parkwest Hospital, so I was able to bring my service dog and my dad (who has dementia) back to rest while she was in surgery. There's plenty of room, he has every appliance you'd ever need in the kitchen, Cedar Bluff has tons of restaurants that deliver there, the beds were super comfy and the furniture was great. All-in-all one of my favorite AirBnBs we've stayed at.

This is a great location to stay in Farragut, TN. It’s close to everything that we wanted to do and the place had plenty of room for me, my wife, and our best friends. Overall, it was a great experience and Nicholas and Joy answered all of our questions quickly and gave us great recommendations. It was a fun first trip to the Knoxville area. We will definitely be back.

Absolutely loved the apartment and everything in it! The beds were so comfortable as well!

The location was great for access to both the Old City and Turkey Creek areas alike. This is a condo downstairs on the basement level, but once you enter the front door it's was a welcoming sanctuary. The space was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and had all the amenities we would have hoped to have available. We enjoyed our stay very much! Thank you!
