This was my third time staying at Lacey's home, which is located in a lovely residential neighborhood within walking distance of the Constitution Trail and IWU. Despite a busy weekend, the highlight of my trip was cooking dinner for my son and his roommate in the open and airy kitchen. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers.

This house is such a cute find. Old homes have tons of character and charm and this one definitely fits that bill. It’s in a great location to restaurants and cute shopping downtown. Carly was very accommodating and responsive to any questions or concerns. We’ll definitely be staying here again next time we’re in the area!

As soon as we stepped through the door, we felt right at home. We enjoyed the swing and sitting on the front porch. The surrounding neighborhood was fun to walk through with many historical, unique homes. The kitchen was fully stocked and every room was spotless. Thank you for providing such a lovely place for us to stay.

We loved this place and they definitely raised the bar on AirBnb's. From the moment we walked in, the space felt welcoming and inviting. Everything was super clean and organized and attention to detail was evident. Pretty sure it's the cleanest frig and microwave I have seen in my life. We enjoyed the comfortable living room space, a full kitchen, which was great for cooking breakfast each morning. The shower head was AMAZING! Lots of little extras from board games and books to crayons, markers, colored pencils and more. Having a washer and dryer in the unit, complete with detergent and dryer sheets on hand was a bonus. Our stay was so comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this AirBnb and would stay here again if I was in the area.

We love the Jefferson Gem! This is our second stay there, and we will definitely return. Accommodations are lovely, well furnished, clean, just as described. We were able to cook a nice family meal, have pizza delivered, drink coffee on the back porch, play family games, watch a movie, celebrate a birthday. It's a great central location, easy to get to downtown, shopping, restaurants, and our daughter's residence. Neighborhood is quiet, good place to walk, take the dog out for a stroll, look at home architecture. Amanda is a great host, very friendly, responsive, easy to work with. Upstairs apartment resident was polite and friendly as well.

This place was very welcoming and felt right at home! Hosts were very good at communication and helping with any questions! Overall location was very pleasant and the town felt very safe and welcoming! Beverages in fridge along with desserts upon arrival was a very wonderful touch! Grocery store within walking distance and plenty of parking right out front! Couldn’t have been happier with our stay and look forward to staying again soon!

Great place to stay in Bloomington/Normal. Walkable to great restaurants, coffee shops and shopping. My guests and I loved this place. The bedrooms were spread out. Beds were comfy. The unit was practically brand new. We enjoyed the record player. Enjoyable place with good value. Will stay again. Thanks!

The space was cozy and comfortable. Molly was friendly and communicated well. The neighborhood was nice to walk around and Java cafe was close by. Would stay here again.
