This was my second time staying here. Such a great place in town. I hope I’m able to stay here every time I’m in Jamestown. Great host who’s super nice, helpful & quick to respond.

Cassandra is a great host with excellent communication! Super cozy place to stay! I was in town for a concert and didn’t want to make the 2 hour drive back home at night. I got a great nights sleep and felt right at home.

Diane is a wonderful person and a wonderful host!! I would absolutely stay with her again. Her space had plenty of amenities, a beautiful back porch and backyard, she was friendly and was able to give me a wonderful hiking recommendation, the location was close to grocery stores, the hospital, and hiking locations, and the area was just enchanting. 10/10!

Christopher’s place at Woodson Bend Resort provided all that was necessary for a wonderful family stay the first week of August. The weather was beautiful and so we enjoyed the comfortable and well-appointed back porch; the walks to the pool; the dry-accommodating and nicely-decorated living spaces; and, the closeness in proximity to the pickleball courts. After our days on the boat, we were grateful for the ample kitchen space, cookware, utensils, and kitchen linens to enjoy family meals around the table! The location of this unit is excellent - easy to reach the Pro Shop, pool, restaurant, playground, volleyball court and pickleball courts. We did not use the outdoor fire pit, but noticed the stock of wood and great arrangement of outdoor chairs that would make this a very lovely space to enjoy. Would highly recommend Christopher’s place in Woodson Bend!

We so enjoyed our stay! Charles’ place was spotless and very roomy. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was very nice - and there was plenty of coffee and other supplies. Charles was very friendly when we had to ask him to replace batteries in the electronic door access panel. The location is very quiet/peaceful. The only thing I can think to recommend is to add a deadbolt to the door (even though it is a remote location, for a woman - or group of women - a deadbolt makes you feel a little more secure). I would give Tammy 1,000 stars out of 5 if I could!! If my next Airbnb stay is half as good as this one then I will still be satisfied. The apartment was fully stocked with absolutely everything that anyone could possibly need to live. Every little thing from the cozy bed sheets to the bathroom fixtures was immaculate and set up for a king and/or queen! It was literally a paradise in the middle of Corbin. You walk out the door and your parking spot is maybe 5 steps away, while the entrance to the coffee shop and bakery was literally right across the street. Plenty of good bars and restaurants all within a 2-5 minute walk. All in all, I felt like I was living in a dream for the entire stay. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the location and all of the fine amenities. Thank you so much Tammy and look forward to booking again in the future!

Great place to stay when visiting Lake Cumberland Marina and area.

For what I paid you can’t beat it!!! It was like staying at a spa. Loved the jacuzzi!!!! The bed was amazing !! I know what my sleep number is now. Me and wife slept like a two baby’s. lol Thanks it was great!!!!!!!!! Will be back!!!

Nice, spacious, and clean place close to Dale Hollow Reservoir. Everything is new and shiny. There is nothing special at this immediate location but a lot of fun places to go nearby, including Dale Hollow. The highway can be a bit noisy, but the house is set back enough to avoid most of it. Ask the host for GPS coordinates ahead of your visit, otherwise Google Maps may get confused. Highly recommended.

I think this was my fourth time staying at Tracy’s Beason house. It won’t be my last. It’s perfect for a couple bass boats and four people if you’re planning a fishing trip. It’s a very quiet area. My friends and I love it. Highly recommend.

Had 10 guests, had plenty of room. Very large parking lot was perfect for trucks and boats. 15-20 minutes from Halcomb's Landing and the dam at Lake Cumberland. Looking forward to staying here again!

We got many hours of joy from the piano and the incredible screened in porch. We loved the tranquility and the birdsong. The new, blessedly deep bathtub and big shower were excellent. Also enjoyed reading a few of the great books! The place was not as clean as we had expected, and since we were staying for over a month we did a good bit of cleaning, so it may be better for the next folks. Updates to the kitchen and better pans would be nice. Be prepared that there are not a lot of restaurants or grocery options nearby. We planned ahead so that wasn’t an issue. For accessibility, be aware you will need to go up or down curved wooden stairs from the main level to get to any bathroom. Be careful not to slip on the steps.

Woodson Bend is always a great place to be. We love the pool, ability to put your own boat in the water at the resort, the golf and the golf cart community. Debbie’s place is clean, well stocked and as it is shown in the pictures and description.

Cozy little one bedroom, beautiful view. We saw deer every time we left the place. Just what we needed to get away for a little R & R and boating.

This was our second stay there, and we hope to come back many more times. She left us a beautiful snack basket that is always appreciated! There were plenty of towels and washcloths. The bed is so comfortable, and the place is always clean. My husband and my son enjoyed the fishing very much, and my son caught his very first fish ever there! It was a crappie, and the look on his face was priceless. We wish we could move there, it's so beautiful! Thank you for everything!!

We have been going to Woodson Bend since I was a kid. We finally outgrew my parents place and needed a place of our own. We had a great stay at this Condo. We have 4 kids and the bunk beds were great, the condo was clean, and they had very detailed instructions.

It was such a great little spot. The directions are not accurate using Airbnb. We called Elizabeth and she helped us. It's just so nice and convenient to boat.

I enjoyed my stay at Woodson Bend and Shannon was a very helpful hostess! Pros -Scenic setting, great for evening walks -Quiet neighbors -Access to resort amenities: pool, golf course, pickleball, basketball and tennis courts, bocce ball field, playgrounds, picnic areas, restaurants (seasonal) -Very responsive hostess who went above and beyond for me when I locked my keys in my car -24 hour gated security -Furniture & beds are comfortable -Plenty of new, fresh-smelling linens are provided -the unit is updated and uncluttered -Excellent wifi strength Cons -No washer/dryer in unit, so bring quarters if you plan to do laundry. The machines in the on site laundry are older but worked well enough. -This unit backs up closely to a nearby condo so be prepared to consider your neighbors -No ice maker in unit. Trays are provided & ice can be purchased onsite. -No coffee pot. There is a Keurig. -Verizon cell service is spotty when exploring the grounds. No issues within the unit
