Enjoy the high desert plateau from this private home on a secluded cul-de-sac near the Bradshaw Mountains. Scenic drives, hikes, shopping, and golf are just minutes away. Guests enjoy a full home on the main (ground) floor of this split-level home. In addition to two bedrooms, the home includes a full kitchen, large kitchen island, dining room table (seats 8), large living room, and a cozy serenity room with windows all around. Also on this level, a large deck with seating and barbeque grill.

Granite Mountain Views-Prescott

Granite Mountain views is a spacious studio that is a walk out below our home, fully furnished. Only access is from the outside. We do live above the studio. There is a kitchenette, large bathroom, Queen bed, full sofa sleeper, and no carpeting. There is parking on site and a private deck to enjoy. It is 5.4 miles to historic downtown Prescott, 4.5 miles to the “Worlds Oldest Rodeo”, 1.4 miles to Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, and 11 miles to PV Event Center. Come enjoy Prescott!

With no neighbors in sight in a quiet serene setting situated at 6500 elev. To get to our amazing view & home a high profile vehicle is recommended, it is a 1/4 of a mile on a steep dirt road. This “Cliff View Casita” is the kind of place where Zane Gray would have written one of his books in the unique Southwest. We have glorious cliff views with sunsets and sunrises, which will take your breath away. It is where Vincent Van Gogh may have chosen to paint the starry night and the wheat field in seven different shades if he had lived in America.
