Un apartamento maravilloso extremadamente limpio te da paz tranquilidad céntrico accesible al transporte público y a muchos lugares para conocer y caminar restaurantes diversos alrededor y en fin volvería a este apartamento cuántas veces necesite ir a La Habana es increíblemente hermoso y los encargados muy amables y atentos

No sé por dónde empezar pero yo creo que voy a calificar este apartamento como a mí me hubiera gustado leer alguna evaluación de cualquier otra persona, el apartamento es muy seguro la llegada es Autónoma cuenta con internet para estar comunicado 24/7 sin salir de casa para mí fue como un lugar súper seguro ya que las personas que tendrás como vecinos en el edificio son muy amables muy cálidos te cuidan te hacen sentir como en tu casa, el apartamento de al lado Erena es una extraordinaria persona con ella te puedes apoyar para algún Desayuno comida y también para lavar tu ropa, tiene unos balcones que te permiten disfrutar de una vista que sí o sí tienes que vivirla, el baño es muy bonito muchos quisiéramos saber cómo son los detalles de casa para mí importa mucho que un baño sea cómodo Y que tenga buen espacio así que este cumple con los requisitos, cocina equipada para necesidades básicas hay tienda, panadería, restaurantes,todo a escasos 20 mts calles iluminadas y tranquilas 24 hrs.

Excelente estancia, 100% recomendada, el alojamiento tiene todo lo que dice ofrecer. es muy limpio, ordenado y los hosts, el señor José y la señora Sonia son muy amables, cariñosos y te hacen sentir seguro, querido y en casa.

The apartment and my stay was amazing! Everything was just as it had to be, the communication was extraordinary, Laura is an amazing host and her parents made my stay feel so familiar. With every doubt or problem one could turn to Rafael and know that it’s going to be solved! The apartment itself was super clean, cozy and simply perfect. 10/10, everybody travelling to Havana should definitely stay in this apartment and experience the amazing neighbourhood in the perfect apartment with the nicest hosts!! There is not a thing I would change!!!

El lugar es fantástico, con excelente ubicación, la casa es muy linda y muy limpio todo. Martha es realmente una maravillosa anfitriona, está siempre preocupada de la llegada y durante toda la estadía. Incluso estaba muy pendiente de mi madre que estuvo algo enferma, facilitando incluso su propio teléfono para comunicarnos con la familia. Sin duda cuando vuelva volveré a alojarme en casa de Martha.

The house and staff are awesome. Gabriel and Suzette make everything easy and comfortable and helped us feel right at home in Cuba. The house was built in 1915. It's basically the second floor of a mansion with the front door on the ground floor where security is always there. The ceilings are about 15' high with lots of mouldings and drapes with giant tassles etc. The roof deck was a really nice place to hang out in the evenings and take in the surroundings. It's close to restaurants and the oceanfront sidewalk that runs the length of Havana.

I love this place, spacious, clean, peaceful and the basics you need. Yanet was super helpul giving directions to my driver and finding the house is no problem. On arrival she was waiting outside and went with us to point out all the locations near us to buy food and other stuff. Beach is less than 4 blocks away which is not a far walk at all. 3 blocks from the 5th main street where you can find about everything including restaurants open until really late at night. The pool is amazing and the back area its in really fresh big and relaxing. Yanet does live in the far back house but you hardly see her and when you do its always good conversations with her. She makes you feel right at home and always available for anythings thats needed. Location felt really safe plus theirs a night guard thats always on duty. Defiantly marked as my favorite and saved for future stays in Guanabo. Thank you Yanet, i will be back soon.

The team was amazing 🤩 throughout our entire stay. Very respectful, responsive and accommodating. When we visit again we will definitely stay here. The 3 things I noticed are: 1. the workout equipment was old and out dated so no gym 2. the pool was not kept as clean as I am used to , which could have been due to the windy conditions we had with plenty of leaves 🍂 🍁 falling in 3. no active mosquito repellent such as off or the coil available for use Other than that the stay was great, even during the blackout, the staff worked very hard to get the generator running so we at least had electricity throughout the blackout and fans in the evening so our stay would be comfortable. We all had a blast and were very happy with the staff, they took very good care of us. I will miss them all already! Best 50th birthday celebration ever!!!

We had an excellent stay. The house is amazing with numerous, big bedrooms. And the upstairs open-air veranda was a great place to spend our time, especially during the afternoon thunderstorms. The two housekeepers and security guards were extremely helpful, arranging taxis and other activities. They took good care of us! All in all, it was an amazing trip.

El espacio de Claudia y Amarilys es un lugar fantástico para pasar días increíbles privados en familia. Aun teniendo unos días de ajetreo personal por un momento especial y familiar, no faltó la preocupación de Claudia y las atenciones exquisitas y siempre oportunas de Amarilys. Amarilys desde el momento cero y hasta que me fui con unas atenciones excelentes, al pendiente de todo, siempre dispuesta para todo lo que pudiese necesitar, extremadamente preocupada y resuelve todo en el acto. Ese gran equipo también está integrado por un conserje que cuida la propiedad en las noches, muy respetuoso, siempre presto a ayudar, al pendiente de todo, su presencia daba más seguridad de la que ya existía en un lugar súper privado, tranquilo y muy especial para el descanso. Linpieza impecable, con todas las condiciones, fácil el acceso y excelente localización. Sin dudas regresaría a casa de Claudia y Amarilys, les agradezco por los días fantásticos que pasé en su casa y por esas atenciones.

Pros: The house was beautiful and private. The photos were accurate and the main house is like a art museum. The pool was refreshing especially on the hot cuba days. Your room has AC!!! Cons: wifi was not the best and hindered communication throughout our stay but our host tried her best to communicate with us(we had bad weather and power outages not her fault),hard to find cabs because the area the house is located is small(we found a man we liked and we arranged transport with him everyday) ,not many options as far as food or activities near by. There is a restaurant next door that is very expensive and the food was not good. There is a small cafeteria across the street where you can get a reasonably priced burger and it was tasty. The gentleman was also very friendly. There is a third restaurant around the corner that is also pricey. And fyi main house does not have air conditioning. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Cuba was beautiful and our host was gracious.

I had an excellent stay at Susanna’s! The house has 2 separate apartments, one on the second floor, one in the back of the home, all with separate and privet entrances. It’s great for 2 couples, or a family of 5. The rooms/apartments are clean and kitchens have everything you clean, bathrooms are clean with towels. Rooms get cleaned every second day and the property is maintained daily. The pool is clean and deep. There are different Wifi packages available for purchase on the first day, but not unlimited. The house is 5 minute walk to the zoo, 10-15 minute walk to grocery stores, restaurants and bars Susanna and her husband are very sweet and accommodating people, you can tell they take pride in maintaining their property and gardens and insuring you a great stay. Susanna also will help you with taxi services, and recommend areas to go to. Thank you Susanna, I hope to be back soon

La casa de Lucia y Luis es un lugar maravilloso. Tiene una gran ubicación en el hermoso barrio Habana Vieja, usted tiene un montón de espacio y una gran terraza en la azotea con una vista fantástica de la entrada del puerto de La Habana. Todo está muy limpio y no falta nada. Lucia y Luis son unos anfitriones muy acogedores y dispuestos a ayudar. Si se les pide, preparan un delicioso desayuno caribeño. Y - ¡Luis definitivamente hace el mejor mojito de La Habana! ¡Este caso es una clara recomendación!

Tanto Johan como Daniela fueron muy amables. El apartamento está cerca de plaza vieja, en plena Habana vieja. Daniela nos trajo el desayuno un día al alojamiento y nos gustó mucho. Johan ha estado muy pendiente durante la estancia de que todo estuviese bien. Muy recomendable!

We had a terrific time at Gabriel and Nelson's place in guanabo. Due to the island-wide power outage, we couldn't communicate our arrival time, but Nelson was waiting for us to let us in and give us a thorough tour - not only of the house, but of the immediate neighbourhood - showed us where to buy drinking water, food, etc. Even made us fried plantains and taught us some new versions of dominos, and enjoyed a cultural and language exchange. We loved the peaceful yard (tranquilo) with many beautiful fruit trees and local birds and gatos. We enjoyed wandering the town and trying the local restaurants and exploring the beach.

Great specious house with lots of rooms.. great location with lots of restaurants and constant transportation passing thru the streets. Jenny was alway a call away and helped in every way to find restaurants or suggestions. Will definitely stay here again.

Great place and amazing hosts! Elvira and Gerardo made sure we were comfortable at all times and were available whenever we had questions. They are super helpful and very knowledgeable on where to go and the transportation system around the city. The place was spacious, clean with all the amenities - it lacked nothing. This will definitely be our place to stay when visiting Cuba.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo passato la prima notte di viaggio in questo bellissimo appartamento, Maykel si é reso subito disponibile per qualsiasi tipo di spiegazione e consiglio in merito a l’Avana: da come funziona la struttura sociale e storica di l’avana a i classici consigli su dove mangiare. Grazie a lui ho vissuto i primi giorno a l’Avana Vieja senza alcuna difficoltá. In merito alla casa é davvero pulita e confortevole, il bagno corrisponde perfettamente alle foto. In aggiunta a tutto ciò, ha un terrazzo con una vista sulla città davvero senza fiato (da vedere al tramonto). Personalmente mi sono innamorata sia di cuba che del suo popolo, un consiglio personale: interessatevi e non fermatevi alle apparenze, l’Avana può sembrare una vecchia cartolina stropicciata ma i cubani sanno il suo valore e se vi ponete in ascolto lo capirete anche voi.
