We had such a comfortable stay! We were in town for a wedding at Separk Mansion, which is literally minutes away. So many thoughtful amenities and touches. The outside areas are perfect for relaxing - we wished we were staying longer so we could have utilized them more! Everything in the kitchen was labeled and very easy to find. We appreciated the high chair that we were able to use for our son. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were very nice.

Nika war eine sehr nette Gastgeberin.Wir waren in der Osterwoche da und sie hat das Haus sogar liebevoll mit Osterdekoration geschmückt.Das Haus liegt in einer wunderschönen ruhigen und zentralen Lage.Der Garten mit der Terasse ist sehr gemütlich. Die Zimmer waren toll eingerichtet und in den Betten haben wir wunderbar geschlafen. Liebe Nica Wir würden immer wieder dein Haus buchen. Clean and beautiful home with cozy furniture. Great location, super close to downtown and the music district. Neighborhood was cute with lots of mature trees. Our 5 human 2 dog group fit perfectly and were comfortable. Fenced-in yard was appreciated by the dogs and we loved the back porch. There was some road noise outside, pretty much unavoidable in this area, couldn't really notice it inside. Thank you for the 10/10 experience, would stay again!

Visiting nearby family for the holiday and David’s place was the perfect choice for our family. Spacious, clean and will accommodate whatever TV shows you might be binging or sports you just can’t miss. Wish the weather was nicer to test out the pool. It surely looked inviting. Close to the beltway and 77, grocery stores and restaurants when needed. Would definitely recommend and come back again. David was a very responsive host!

Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. We were comfortable and felt right at home. Our kids especially loved the swings and the big tree out front.

Lima and Michael’s place exceeded my expectations! Everything was well equipped and clean, just as pictured. Lima was very good at communicating with me, which I really appreciated! She answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. I would definitely recommend others to stay at her beautiful place.

Please note that it is located directly across the street from the Cannon Baller Baseball stadium. When there is a game, you will hear all of the PA system announcements clear as someone sitting next to you. It was not that annoying though.

Great stay at Sandra's place! Enjoyed the peaceful, safe neighborhood located about 10min from Main Street Fort Mill and 15-20min to Baxter Village. Place was well suited for myself, wife and our toddler. Though was snug and no bath, it was well equipped and functional. And overall a good value ! Lastly, hosts were kind and attentive. Our daughter loved seeing and feeding the chickens.

We had a great stay! It was very clean with all the listed amenities and true to the photos. We felt right at home. There was nothing we needed and I have nothing but positive feedback! We will definitely keep this place in mind again for a future stay when we return. 😁

Olesya’s space is beautiful and exactly like the picture but better . The bed is super comfortable and also —well you gotta see it . The place is decorated with gorgeous and distinct accents . The neighborhood is walkable and close to the train line . Don’t hesitate , book now !

As all the reviews share, this is a convenient location to enjoy all that South End has to offer. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed. Be sure to follow the house instructions and do not lock yourself out of the apartment! I did make that mistake and was very thankful that the host was in town and came to our rescue.

Great place to stay in downtown charlotte. Walking distance to many restaurants and lots of things to do. Apartment was very clean and nice inside. Looks exactly like the photos. Would def stay again and would recommend to anyone.

Linda Beth was an excellent host! The place was well decorated, clean and close to restaurants and the lake. She was extremely friendly and was super responsive to all our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

The apartment is spacious and comfortable - plus a great value for the money. Easy drive access most anywhere in Charlotte, and walking distance for uptown. Eugenie was also accommodating with check-in and date adjustment which was greatly appreciated. As others noted, it is bright in the morning (worth the trade off for the bright space during the day), there is some mild neighbor noise (not super loud) and smells in the hallway, but not at all in the apartment. All as described and even better space/comfort than expected. Definitely recommend.
