This was the perfect place for three friends who write and workshop together online to gather in person. The main room of the house is filled with light and what I didn't realize from the listing is the beautiful view from the living/dining room down to the river. The kitchen is well supplied and every room was very clean and uncluttered. The three bedrooms on the first floor are all very nice, with good beds and pillows (one is slightly larger with a king-sized bed), so we were able to decide on our rooms painlessly and none of us had to settle for an inferior room. The large dining table was perfect for spreading out our work as well as for dining, and one of us enjoyed having the furnished basement as her private work space. When we had a problem with hearing a beeping noise, which we initially thought might be a smoke detector battery that needed replacing, Bob was very responsive and helpful in figuring out the cause of the beeping from a motion detector. We plan to come again.

We had a wonderful ti.e staying here. The house is beautiful and accommodated everyone. There is plenty to do in the area and was a nice central aarea to take in everything the island has to offer. We would love to sstay here again. Thank you so much for hhosting us!

Marina’s home is so beautiful and clean! We had a crowd of couples and singles, the space fit everyone perfectly! Ample bathrooms, space for relaxing, and comfortable beds! We hope to be welcomed back.

The house was great and we were able to rent a both units of the duplex! Kitchen was well stocked for cooking large group meals and was close to town when we wanted to go out for food. Daniele was very responsive and friendly. Highly recommend!

This house was a perfect place for our annual family gathering. There were 9 people from 16 to 83. The open space, first floor bedroom and bunk room were perfect for our group! Ciara was a great host!!

This is such a cute place. It’s really close to the heart of p-town, about a 5 minute walk to commercial street, but it feels really quiet and private as it is set back from the road. It backs up to the cemetery offering gorgeous views and also less neighbors/noise. The patio for this house is spacious and luxurious. Ben was great - very responsive and accommodating. We had one issue that he responded to right away and resolved with urgency - could not have asked for a more responsive host. We are already scheming about trying to book for next summer.

This place is such a gem! Great location if you want a little peace and quiet but also easy to get to Edgartown or OB for some fun, The property has an amazing yard where we played various sports, grilled and definitely enjoyed the hot tub! Inside is just as described in the listing. And the hosts were super communicative and helpful. Would definitely highly recommend!!

Thank you Amy! The house was clean, the beds were delicious… I slept less than I would have liked, they were amazing, and I wish I had gotten more sleep! I broke Amy’s shower and coffee table, but her communication with me was great. I apologized, she sent the damages and everything was fine. She was very kind and easy to talk to =) I would definitely stay again and absolutely recommend it. If I can give you one tip: put curtains closed on the windows to make it really dark… I can only think of how perfect the rooms would be! I wouldn’t get up anymore! hahahaha Thanks Amy!

You could not select a better location than this, with access to the Cape, beaches, and the Canal road for biking and walking. The apartment is modern and immaculate with a nice deck on which to relax. To top it off you could not find more pleasant hosts than Diane and Barry. We will surely visit again!

Jay has a very unique and cool spot. Highly recommend to anyone who'd like to explore Newport. Barley had to use a car while visiting because of the great location. Had a very good time.

I can see why Marianne is a super host! Her place is exactly how she describes but cozier. She had everything we needed to feel right at home and even stocked the kitchen with some thoughtful items like milk, oj and cereal. The apartment was much more spacious than we expected and even had an extra half bath which was very convenient. There were plenty of comfortable places to sit and lots of space to unpack. We love the location because it was as easy to get to Newport as it was to Portsmouth. There's a well renowned French bakery about a quarter of a mile away and the local’s favorite coffee shop is less than half a mile away. The apartment felt very private but Marianne was always available if we had a question. Best of both worlds!

This was the nicest airbnb I've stayed in. It feels like a home rather than a commercial rental. I was looking for a writing retreat and this place was perfect. It has two nice workspaces, comfy reading chair and sofa, a kitchen fully stocked with staples.cookware and small appliances, so I could whip up meals easily when I didn't want to go out. It's walkable to all the interesting sights and stores around town; I never used my car for five days. The neighborhood is peaceful, and the interior is warm and charming, just enough nice furnishings and fun art without being cluttered. Best of all, Carlina and Bethany are the most thoughtful, generous and warm hosts you could wish for. They anticipated my every need before and during my stay, responded immediately to questions, supplied me with fresh eggs from their hens, and in general, made themselves completely available while respecting my desire for a solitary retreat. If I lived in New Bedford, I know we'd be good friends.

Erin's place is perfectly situated in downtown Plymouth. Restaurants and historical sites are within easy walking distance. Beds are super comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could need. Nice deck and a backyard with a fire pit and unique birdhouses.. It was cold and rainy during our stay (which is as to be expected in April), but Plymouth had loads to do. We particularly liked the Cordage Museum (where we spent a few hours talking with locals) and Plymouth's (free entry) Art Museum. We were impressed by how many beach parks Plymouth has. We came to participate in a 5K race on the Grace rail trail and hopefully will be back again next year! Thanks, Erin and family!

This was a great spot for us. It was easy to get in and out and explore around. We really enjoyed the use of this apartment, it met all our needs, was clean and tidy and had all we could ask for. We enjoyed getting to explore around the town and were appreciative of the helpful guidebook that was provided in the apartment. She was friendly and helpful and we enjoyed talking with her as we came and went during our time. The neighborhood is a cool area that we enjoyed exploring. This spot helped make our trip a great one.

Brennans place was excellent, truly I don’t think you can find a better location in the city. Super walkable, spectacular view from the roof and if you have a dog plenty of parks and green space around. Marco’s sandwich shop is right beside Brennans place and is a reallly good option for breakfast or lunch. Brennan was super friendly and a great host.

Super convenient location and beautifully appointed accommodations. For first time visitors to P-town, this was a gem as it was easy to find our way around without a car. Looking forward to another stay!

I've been to Newport many times on day trips, but never for an overnight. My partner had never been to Rhode Island, so I thought it would be fun to stay in downtown Newport and explore while also visiting with family in Providence. Pelham Court could not be more convenient. Perfectly located across from the waterfront, the property is safe, secure and convenient. A big plus is off-street parking. Our one-bedroom unit was awesome. Spacious, well-appointed and very comfortable. Although we were in the middle of everything, we had peace and quiet. The Pelham Court team were awesome: responsive, friendly, helpful and ready to offer local insights, including when we just wanted to stay in and order pizza. I would highly recommend this as your Newport getaway that's close to everything. Great accommodations, great location, and great professional support.

Chris’s place was exactly as described and depicted. Immaculately clean and very comfortable. Great location…..just steps to all of our favorite spots! Chris was also very responsive…. we hope to return again sometime!

Staying at Anil’s condo on the water was a little slice of heaven! It was just as depicted in the photos, but more charming in real life. We especially loved the art that adorned the walls and shelves, and being able to see the water from every vantage point (upstairs and downstairs) was magical. (And what a genius idea to make the kitchen backsplash a mirror, so even when you’re back is turned to the water, you can still see it :) Honestly being there off/pre-season made it even more special, as we felt like we had the neighborhood to ourselves, whilst there were still several great restaurants open for dining out. We’ve stayed in several Airbnb’s over the years, but this place topped the charts. We’ll be going back there in our minds for sure, and hopefully in real life, too!

I've been going to Provincetown my whole life, mostly for day trips. My husband and I took a little weekend away and it was GREAT. Coziest, sweetest, best designed and located place to stay.

Location location location! Super friendly and available host. Easy access to beach and Commercial Street while feeling a bit tucked away from the mayhem. Don’t hesitate if you’re a single traveler or ok with sharing tight quarters with someone! I was on my own and it was the perfect amount of space.
