Such a lovely stay. The rooms were perfectly clean, comfortable and stylish. The hosts were very welcoming and thoughtful. We enjoyed Michael's archery session and Mia's amazing breakfast. The freshly baked bread was fabulous. And the lovely dog Hunter showed me around their beautiful garden!! We had a great time and it is actually the most pleasant accommodation we have ever stayed at in NZ.

Beautiful home in a wonderful location on an orchard. Peaceful and a great spot to relax. The hospitality shown by Andrea was fantastic and I would stay there again.

We had such a wonderful time! This is truly a beautiful Airbnb in a stunning location. It had everything we could possibly need and Robyn made us feel right at home. Our son enjoyed all the toys, puzzles and wanted to go kayaking as soon as his eyes opened in the morning. We will be back!

Lovely, caring hosts, who very kindly left us some breakfast, homemade lemonade and cookies! Great location for a family with kids, with a small, beautiful, self-contained garden a 2min walk to a park with a playground. Supermarket cafe and pub a 10-min walk away.

We loved our stay at this gorgeous, cosy apartment. It's clean, beautifully decorated and in an unbeatable location. Being able to go across the road for coffee in the mornings and walk to dinner was amazing.

If I could give Tracey 6 stars, I would. I stay at a lot of airbnb's and this is one of the best we have had (and not surprisingly, the other top one we have had is in Cambridge as well!). All I can say is do not hesitate to book this place, it exceeded our expectations in everyway! It is as new (don't know how old it actually is??), amazing beds, extremely well-appointed kitchen, 5-star hotel-like bathroom and the small attentions to detail that Tracey has done did not go unnoticed. It was nice and quiet as well which we loved. There is a nice wee cafe right next door as well, we did not go there but how cool is that! Awesome stay and we will be back.

Amazing, breathtaking view. Best place for me and bridesmaids before went to my wedding at Don Rowland. The only downfall is that the dam was closed at the time, it would have been a 5 minute drive but had to go right around via motorway (20 min) but the house itself was well worth it! Had everything we needed and more!!! I would consider going again just for a normal weekend. The hosts were accommodating in every way, we had access to kayaks, best coffee machine, comfy couches and beds, clean showers, a nice bbq, beautiful flowers, awesome neighbours, parking for about 3 cars and extra blankets and towels. 10/10 from us!

The house was lovely and spacious and very homely. And we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We loved that the water was uv treated rainwater so no chemicals! It was a nice central spot to go to places like hobbtion, blue springs, tauranga and rotorua. The kids loved it there and I think we'd all be be keen to visit again sometime. It just made our holiday! Thank you so much!

We absolutely loved our stay at your place! It was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a stress-free visit. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like having all the basic amenities provided and essentials for breakfast - it really made us feel at home. The space was well-maintained and very welcoming, which made it the perfect base for our trip. Communication was smooth and check-in was easy, adding to the overall great experience. It was a amazing house what I live from Airbin. The house is very clean with excellent design. It was very good for a family for holiday. And the host is very helpful and friendly.

This is our family’s third stay at Charlotte’s and we hope it won’t be our last! Our family feels very comfortable staying here and can’t rave about it enough. There is everything you need, it’s a great location and Charlotte is amazing as a host and communicator. We are so grateful that Charlotte has had us back time and again.

Clean, tidy, comfortable space with very responsive hosts.

Josie and Rob were very responsive, had a perfectly prepared place, and we felt right at home. Very well provisioned.

The bach was great. Small and compact but had everything you need, and within walking distance to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Had a great deck, though the weather wasn't the best so we didn't get to use it as much as we could have. It was very handy to have access to the garage to be able to lock our bikes up securely. Would highly recommend to others.
