This place was amazing. Clean, had everything we needed and not far from the beach. My husband and I try to get to Matagorda once a year, Matt & Suzie's Studio space will be our go to place.

Always quick to respond and any issues I had were handled in a timely manner. Would definitely stay again!

We had an Amazing time, I will say because we are so close to the beach the mosquitos can be quite bad so bring a repellent and your like new again! Pictures do not do justice to the room. bigger than expected and very nice. I would definitely come back. Nora was a great host and also the co host was next door and super helpful! very quiet and peaceful ☺️

Had a wonderful Easter weekend with our family, so spacious plenty of everything from the towels to linens for all the guests. Such a beautiful home with games for all in the family! Love the dining table/pool table/pingpong table.

Fishing pier setup was excellent ! Great area for crabbing, and nice fishing cleaning station setup, along with useful fishing rod holders. Bed mattresses were comfortable, and couch was comfortable. I would stay here again if I was in the Port Lavaca area.

The house was clean and looked just like the photos. We enjoyed our stay and had a good time fishing.

This was our second time at Angie’s place, this time we brought our kids with us and they absolutely fell in love with the place, we can’t wait to go back. The house was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Angie went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. We’ll definitely be back!

This place is a fantastic choice for relaxation in beautiful surroundings, with everything you could possibly want or need. Our host, Josh, was incredibly prompt and helpful in responding to any message. The grounds are beautiful, and the house welcoming and clean. We most enjoyed the beautiful sunsets, lighted fishing pier, and the pelicans. We highly recommend this place for couples, or a whole gang of fun-seekers.

Wonderful and peaceful! I love the deck and the night sky was beautiful. We tried fishing but were not lucky, however, we did see dolphins! That was great. Easy to park close to the beach, just 1/2 mile away. Bed was comfortable and the window unit kept us cool at night. We would stay again!

My family and I have stayed here multiple times. It definitely feels like our home away from home. We actually call it our happy place. The lighted pier is an added bonus! The fishing is awesome, the marina is so much fun, and the people are so friendly. Alex is an amazing host. The memories that we have made here are priceless. The Salty Ranch will always have a place in our hearts. We absolutely can’t wait for our next visit.

We loved staying at Lisa’s place! It’s near Magnolia Beach, close to the Magnolia Pier and the Indianola Pier. We caught some trout and gafftop. It’s close to the Texan convenience store with hot food and pizza. It’s also close to the Marina which is great for fishing and has great food. We loved the house, it was very beautiful and so peaceful. We felt right at home! We enjoyed riding the bikes, all the games, and the beach too! We will definitely be back!!!!!

We loved the condo! Yes, it's outdated but the view makes up for it. The private deck was amazing especially at night. It's close to the beach and you have everything you need within distance. Great place to stay. We will definitely be back.

This was the perfect spot for our four-family getaway! Lots of room for people to crash. The place wasn’t super fancy or pristine, but it was clean and we have to remember. We’re at the beach, so it was perfect. The washing machine was out on one side, but we were able to use it on the other side. The biggest bummer was that on the first day we were crossing over the dunes to the beach, the kids came upon a rattlesnake so from then on, we had to drive around. So note to self, just be aware! Overall, we had a great time! Patricia is a great host!!

Everything was as described and as expected. Communicating with John was very easy and he was helpful. The location is convenient for both the pool and the beach.

We loved our weekend at the house! Exactly as shown— beautiful views, comfortable space, and Patti was extremely helpful and responsive. We will definitely be back!

One of if not the nicest places we have stayed at, everything was Very Clean and in great condition.

Patti did a great job communicating throughout our stay here! We had a little mix up when checking in, but she was quick to respond and helped us get fully situated. The place itself was clean and organized. Beautiful spot!
