Tyler is awesome! I booked this place for my husband’s surprise 50th birthday. Invited his family here to celebrate. Everyone loves this place and they enjoyed the weekend here. Even the kitchen spices are well stocked for BBQ. Makes me like home and we will back aging next time . ❤️

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. The home was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen—it was spotless and fully stocked with organized pots, pans, utensils, and more. The location was perfect: close to Main Street in Fredericksburg but still tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for a quick Spring Break staycation with friends and kids and had a wonderful time!

This is one of the best airbnbs we’ve ever booked. Mona was very responsive and gave very clear instructions. Everything we needed to cook was in the kitchen and dining room was roomy as well as the living room. The pool was an added bonus for the kids too. There was also a detailed list of amenities. Will book if we’re visiting Mason again..

Sherston's home was perfect for our large family gathering. We enjoyed fishing, kayaking and hanging out on the deck and swings. The garage apartment was perfect for a couple with a baby who needed their own space. The upstairs bedrooms were quite warm, even with the A/C on, but it was manageable with the box fans that were provided. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The grill on the deck needs a new grease tray and catch pan, but we were able to use it to cook burgers. We did spend the first hour sweeping up leaves and pollen from the outdoor seating areas, but I'm sure that 's hard to control with the number of beautiful oak trees on the property. The area was very quiet and peaceful with plenty to see nearby including Longhorn Caverns and Inks Lake state parks. The owner was very responsive and I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again!

Great stay! The location is excellent—just a short walk to the lake, which made for some beautiful mornings and evenings. The outdoor space is awesome and perfect for relaxing or hanging out. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt throughout. Would recommend!

we had such a wonderful stay here. beautiful views and so peaceful, yet close enough to go enjoy the wineries and vineyards nearby. enjoyed the hot tub, outdoor sitting areas and the firepit. very clean and super responsive host. we would love to stay here again!

Incredibly charming and cozy. we felt right at home with everything we needed. Great esthetic touches to the cabin and right around the corner from Fredericksburg. It was perfect.

Kelsey communicated with us closely before we arrived, once we checked in, during our stay and even after we checked out. She made sure we had everything we needed, that everything was working properly at the house and if we were experiencing any problems. An EXCELLENT host! The house was warm and comfortable for all of us! We loved the house, the stay and the hosts! I highly recommend this property and these hosts! Awesome!

We had a great time, place was beautiful especially the view! Just had a little hiccup on the doors during check-in but Jeff was very helpful and we sorted it out in no time. Our favorite was the kayak and the pool! We rented a boat and everyone had a blast! The only thing I can comment maybe is that the outdoor furnitures need a little TLC, we had to wipe it ourselves, but other than that, everything was great! Highly recommended for big group!

This was a wonderful place to stay. The bathrooms and kitchens were beautiful. (Well stocked and clean.) There was a fantastic, well-lit, cozy area to read, and plenty of privacy for our family. We hope to stay here again each time we visit our family in Bluffton. I cannot wait to stay here in the summer to enjoy the pool. My favorite thing about this home was that there were not any bugs or cobwebs. They keep this home incredibly clean!

We loved our weekend at Michael’s place! The home is beautiful with lots of room and the location is gorgeous! Michael was very helpful with any questions I had and responded quickly. We had a great time relaxing by the water and enjoyed the sea doos we rented from him! The fire pit was a great place to relax at night and our older kids enjoyed their private bunk bed room. We definitely found a new vacation spot and would highly recommend!

Beautiful yet simple house! Pictures are exactly what you get! Beautiful view! So easy to find & easy access to Main St! Even in the dark the place was easy to find. We would definately book here again!

A perfect quiet peaceful getaway. Great hill country views. If you work remote, WiFi is great and you can’t beat the view while working.

The place was very clean and comfortable and a fun atmosphere . Walking distance to the square.
