L’appartamento si trova circa 50 metri sopra il lago, pertanto non è adatto a persone con ridotta mobilità

Next to the house there is a Carrefour open 24h / 24h. The Como S. Giovanni train station is 500m away and can be reached on foot. On request it is possible to have another single bed or a bed for small children in the bedroom. The apartment has new double glazing and noises from the street can not be heard.

Lake in Blue - XS, chambre avec salle de bain

A 50 m de la splendide promenade au bord du lac jusqu'à la Villa Olmo, nous avons équipé une chambre double dans un bâtiment abritant un couvent du XVIIe siècle. La chambre donne sur la cour intérieure avec un petit balcon, loin du bruit de la rue principale. Le centre-ville historique est accessible à pied, en quelques minutes, avec le sentier cyclable / piéton face au lac. La gare principale de Côme se trouve à seulement quelques minutes à pied.
