The house features water views from every turn. Outdoor amenities include a generous screened-in porch, a private dock, a sandy beach, a heated salt water pool & a hot tub. There is also a one bedroom apartment on the second floor of the carpenter's barn which sleeps 6 and includes a full bath and kitchenette.

The Lounge is bright with a modern farmhouse feel and comes with all the essentials to make you feel at home!

Enjoy a peaceful get-away in a beautifully renovated, historic cottage. The 115 acre property is on a peninsula with over 2 miles of shoreline. This charming home has water access, trails, a canoe, a hammock, and a lovely grilling patio. The cottage is on the private grounds of Whitehall Mansion, built in 1764 as the home of Governor Sharpe. The farm is used for horse boarding and private weddings. Nearby attractions include Annapolis, the US Naval Academy, Washington D.C., and Baltimore.

Last 2 years was lived in and now ready to share. We will upgrade as time goes on. Walkable to pier ( heavily damaged in winter storm ) but still walkable to water and boat entrance. Use to camp outside and enjoy a fire. If it rains or just to cold enjoy a beautiful renovated barn.

If you are looking for a quiet space with not super internet this is the place. Plenty of books to read, miniature donkeys to watch playing with their border collie pal and on a clear night - see some awesome stars!
