It is in a quiet and peaceful spot in the natural park of Mount Subasio at approx. 15 mins drive from the medieval town of Assisi , Unesco World Heritage site . Our home is the perfect place for nature lovers who like to experience Umbria and its traditions in a very unique way .

Ancienne ferme avec piscine nichée dans la campagne ombrienne et rénovée dans le respect de l'environnement : toute la maison est isolée naturellement et la moitié est construite en bois et en bottes de paille. Une maison confortable et saine, iidéale pour se reposer ou travailler, à l'ombre des chênes. Point de départ pour visiter les villes et villages environnants ou pour s'immerger dans la nature, pour se promener à pied ou à vélo dans les douces collines qui nous entourent.

The accommodation consists of a small stone house on two levels with an outdoor stone patio and is located on the top of a hill completely covered with woods. A short private white road ( 500m) leads from the paved road to the house. The building was designed by the owner, who is an architect, and is built according to the most recent anti-seismic regulations and according to the principles of bio-architecture. The house is actually a near zero energy building (Nzeb).

La mandriola è la nostra dependance, un vero nido accogliente e affascinante, ristrutturata ed arredata in stile rustico umbro-toscano. Dispone di un ambiente unico pranzo-cucina con caminetto e divano, un'ampia camera da letto con letto a baldacchino, bagno con doccia e lavatrice e un comodo soppalco con letto matrimoniale. Il tutto incastonato in un grande giardino con terrazze panoramiche. Novità 2021: grande jacuzzi privata e casetta sull’ albero per i piccolini!
