Villa Yanık'ta arkadaşlarımla çok güzel ve huzurlu bir hafta sonu geçirdik. Villa oldukça ferah ve geniş. Bahçesi de bir o kadar güzel. Sapanca'da rahat bir tatil yapmak isteyenler için oldukça güzel bir yer. Zeynep Hanıma ve çalışanlara teşekkür ediyorum.

Gayet keyifli,tüm imkanları sunan bir villa.Herşey düşünülmüş 3-4 aile keyifli vakit geçirebilir.

Harika bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadım! Ev son derece temiz ve düzenliydi, kendimi çok rahat hissettim. Ev sahibi iletişim konusunda oldukça ilgiliydi ve her konuda yardımcı oldu. Genel olarak beklentilerimi fazlasıyla karşılayan bir konaklamaydı. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.

We truly enjoyed our time at this beautiful family home! The location is great, and all the amenities are just as described and fully functional. Giorgio and his partners were incredibly responsive, making our trip even better. Overall, our experience was exceptional, thanks to their outstanding customer service and the lovely home. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at this wonderful place!

The space is over three floors. Kitchen had all the essentials and more. Middle floor had a nice living room and dining area. Great water pressure in the bathrooms! We, a family of 6 and a baby, really enjoyed the place!

Konaklamamız harikaydı! Ev çok temiz, konforlu ve tam da fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibiydi. Konumu da oldukça avantajlıydı, her yere kolayca ulaşabildik. Ev sahibi Deniz hanım ve bizimle ilgilenen Hamiyet hanım çok ilgili ve misafirperverdi. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederim, kesinlikle tekrar gelmek isterim.

Her şey açıklamalarda anlatıldığı gibiydi. Sevgiyle yapılmış evin her ayrıntısı 🥰 Doğanın içinde olmak muhteşemdi. Umarım bu güzel deneyimi yakın zamanda tekrarlarız. 🙏🏼🌸

The apartment was suitable for gathering of families instead of being separated in hotel rooms. It's located at the top of a 4-storey building. A short flight of stairs led to the elevator. Free parking at the compound. Everyone had their own beds, saloon/living room was big and nice for family gatherings and meals. We had a lovely barbeque at the balcony which oversees greenery. Groceries were easily available from local supermarkets. Mr Ahmet welcomed us upon arrival and also at departure. He was quick in response. Overall a comfortable stay in an unassuming apartment.

Beautiful view! The team is very responsive and helped with luggages and airport transfers which was a big plus!

Ali is honestly a super host, great communication and always at disposal. We arrived late around 23h and we had no issues getting the keys so we are very grateful. The house was very lovely and cozy equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, we stayed for around 14 nights and we had no issues at all. The washing machine dishwasher hairdryer TV heating Aircon WiFi everything works perfectly. It was also very clean except for the bedsheets they had a lot of hair we just had to wash them again and we found some clothes in the closet and washing machine. The area is also great and quiet with everything nearby shops stores supermarket etc. Here are a few things that would have made it even better: - A shower door to close the shower so you don't find a water puddle outside each time you shower - The missing curtain in the kitchen - We indicated three guests but we only found two sets of towels and we have been informed they would be provided. We would recommend it!

If you're looking for a quiet, safe area to stay in the Galataport area, this is it. A quaint split level apartment in a great new little building provides pretty much everything you need. Just a few steps to the market for small items or a 7 min walk to Carrefour for groceries, close to shopping, restaurants, and the tramway, this place pretty much is what you should be looking for. Very responsive renters, comfortable living space... as someone that frequently stays in Istanbul, this is the place to be.

Volkan is very responsive when I was trying to book the unit. Because he lives in the same building, it makes checking and check out very convenient. The unit has a kitchen and a washing machine, it makes the stay feels comfortable. The unit has large space, it’s clean. The Gelata tower, a Metro station, Tunnel are nearby. On the last day, we were very late to catch the flight. Volkan brought our luggages downstairs to wait for us to return from our sightseeing, so we could rush to the airport. We are very thankful for him being a wonderful host!

Öncelikle İpek Hanım çok ilgiliydi. Her sorumuz için hızlıca yanıt alabildik. Evin manzarası, doğayla uyumu harikaydı. Kalabalık gruplarla rahat edilebilecek bir yer. Mutlaka yeniden ziyaret edeceğiz 🌸

Evin konumu, düzeni, temizliği çok iyiydi. Havuzun ısıtması gayet yeterliydi. 8 kişi çok rahat konaklama sağladık. Teşekkür ediyoruz .

Sapanca’da Villa Holiday’de 1 gece konakladık. Ev sahibimiz Nursel Hanım çok ilgili ve nazikti. Villa son derece temizdi ve çocuklarla birlikte çok keyifli vakit geçirdik. Doğayla iç içe, huzurlu bir konaklama deneyimi oldu. Tavsiye ederiz!

Kuş cıvıltıları eşliğinde, yemyeşil manzarasıyla huzur dolu bir ortam. Tesiste iki adet havuz bulunuyor; ısıtmalı havuz gece gündüz sıcacıktı, diğer havuz ise yaz ayları için ideal. Evin sosyal alanı oldukça keyifliydi. Ateş çukuru etrafında, üst koruma sayesinde yağmur yağsa bile rahatlıkla vakit geçirebildik. Barbekü alanı hemen yanı başımızdaydı ve dış mekan aydınlatması da yeterli seviyedeydi. Kalabalık konaklamalar için hem alan hem de oda sayısı oldukça yeterli. Mutfak gereçleri fazlasıyla düşünülmüş; ayrıca kahve çekirdeğinizi getirirseniz kullanabileceğiniz bir otomatik kahve makinesi de mevcut. Araçla yaklaşık 15 dakikalık mesafede ihtiyaçlarınızı karşılayabileceğiniz birçok market seçeneği bulunuyor. Ancak, gelirken tüm ihtiyaçlarınızı yanınızda getirirseniz, sizi kusursuz bir konaklama deneyimi bekliyor diyebilirim.

The house was exactly like in the photos. New and modern. Super comfortable inside and outside. Definitely recommend!

Eşref beye çok teşekkür ediyorum çok güzel bir tatil oldu bizim için. Telefonlarımıza hemen cevap verdi ve çok yardımcı oldu. Eve gelince tek kelime ile harika idi. İhtiyacımız olan herşey vardı. Mahremiyet alanı çok iyi, yatakları çok rahattı. Yerden ısıtmalı sistem sayesinde de ev ısısı çok iyiydi. Havuz diğer mekânlara göre daha büyüktü ve ısıtması çok güzel çalışıyor. Soğuk havada gitmemize rağmen çok rahat girdik. Herkese tavsiye ederim biz de ailece tekrar gideceğiz inşallah..
