Anton’s home was perfect for our family gathering from around the world. He was responsive, helpful and at hand with a suggestion or two, even arranging a studio apartment when our grandad from Ireland joined our crew last minute. The house had plenty of space for our group (ages 3 to 75), with ample parking - we had 3 cars and a great pool for cooling off. The rooms were incredibly comfortable and dark—we’re early risers, but both my 5-year-old and I slept until 8 a.m. when no alarms were set. A fantastic stay overall. Highly recommended!

Our stay was absolutely unforgettable! Each morning, we were greeted by kudu, wildebeest, warthogs, impala, and bushbuck right outside our doorstep—it felt like stepping into a wildlife documentary. At night, the haunting calls of lions in the distance added a sense of wild magic to the experience. The host's guidebook was incredibly helpful and led us to some truly amazing adventures—the highlight being our unforgettable visit to Kruger National Park with Kruger Pride Safaris. This place offers unbeatable value for money and an experience that’s both relaxing and exhilarating. Without a doubt, one of the most memorable stays we’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

Great home and very refreshing, only couldnt access hot water which wasnt bad as the weather was hot so it was cold showers to cool off haha.

Sharon thank you so much. The place is amazing comfortable clean and has everything you need. What i loved the most was the daily Kudu and Impala visitors we got to feed. Absolutely amazing. The aesthetics are absolutely perfect will definitely come back.

Rita’s place didn’t disappoint , the unit is lovely just like the pictures and Rita has gone out of her way to think of every little thing that her guests may need, one of the nicest Air Bnb listing we have stayed at,was our first time visiting Marloth park we loved the animals visiting every day. Amazing place, wish we could stay longer. Exactly like the pictures. Super clean and comfortable beds, great kitchen with everything you need to cook lovely meals. Having the pool is a bonus. Lots of animals visiting around the house, this was our highlight. Jaco is an amazing host, very responsive and helpful. Thank you, we will definitely be back again 👌

A clean and luxurious home right in the heart of the bushveld. We absolutely loved our stay. The kids had a great time in the pool, and we all enjoyed watching the impala grazing on the plain—occasionally joined by zebra, giraffe, and kudu. A truly special experience!

We enjoyed our stay at Elephant Cottage. The privacy, peacefulness, and beauty of the area was memorable. We also enjoyed the cottage, which was well designed and had everything one needed. The bed was super comfy, and we slept very well. Excellent overall, good value for money, highly recommended.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, guter Standard und sehr sauber. Super Badezimmer und eine Küche die alles bietet. Der Außenbereich ist sehr gut mit einem kleinen Pool und Grill. Das besondere an der Unterkunft ist die Lage im Marloth Park, welcher direkt an den Krüger Nationalpark angrenzt. Es ist toll gegen Abend einen Spaziergang an der Grenze zum Krüger zu machen. Von dort sieht man über den Crocodile River in den Nationalpark und sieht direkt viele Tiere wie Elefanten. Zudem ist es ein sehr tolles Erlebnis, dass im Marloth Park Wildtiere frei unterwegs sind. So kamen bei uns immer wieder Anthilopen, Affen oder Pumbas vorbei. Das Highlight war eine ganze Zebra Herde welche mit uns einen Abend auf der Terrasse verbracht hat. Vom Marloth Park aus ist man dann auch schnell an den Gates zum Krüger Nationalpark, welcher einfach toll ist. Allgemein war die Unterkunft super um sich wohlzufühlen und gleichzeitig die Tierwelt Südafrikas zu erleben.

Very nice, stylish and cozy room. There is everything you need for a vacation, including delicious compliments of the owners. We had impala antelope coming to our window. I can say that everything matches the description, even the animals at the entrance of the house.

Hele fijne plek om te verblijven in marloth park. Leuke plek waar de dieren rustig om het huis scharrelen. Alles dat je nodig hebt is er en de bedden zijn lekker. Keuken is simpel, niet echt om te koken, maar dat had Jared ons vooraf verteld. De hosts zijn vooral ook erg vriendelijke en leuke mensen die je hartelijk ontvangen en wegwijs maken.

The place is what it looks like in the pictures, very private and peaceful. Would get some guests (animals) from time to time during our stay which was a welcome sight.
