Located just ten minutes from downtown Asheville, the River Arts district and 20 minutes from the Blue Ridge Parkway, and Biltmore Estate entrance. We offer a nice one bedroom full apartment ( full size kitchen, full bath, bedroom and living room) with a pullout queen sofa bed. We live in a quite neighborhood. The apartment is part of a duplex. Also It is a good rental for visiting business professionals. We offer free WiFi and TV with Fire Stick, Hulu Live, Netflix and some local stations.

Drive 15 - 20 minutes to swimming holes, great hiking trails, and ski slopes. In winter, our street is one of the first to be plowed, lending easy access to main plowed roads. Within a block is Root and Vine Restaurant (my fav), Homer's Oyster Bar, The Grind Coffee Shop, The Courthouse Square, the movie theater, Brown Mountain Bottle Works, Catawba Valley Brewery, Pat's Snack Bar, Limbertwigs Cafe (my other fav), Kin Kin sushi, multiple banks, churches, and local businesses.
