Plan a trip to Garden of the Gods, Jackson Falls, Tunnel Hill Trail or Shawnee National Forest finishing the evening roasting hotdogs around the fire. *No parties or events allowed during your stay. Pop’s Country Cabin is a small remote cabin that sits 1/2mile off the road above a 5 acre lake on 77 acres of private land. The view from the front porch is amazing! You can sit, unwind, and watch the wildlife with a distant view of Bald Knob Cross. The cabin sits in the heart of Shawnee National Forrest and the Southern IL wine trail. You can enjoy the fire pit while watching the stars, with no distractions from neighbors, traffic, or lights. You can enjoy catch & release fishing from the bank

Located at Lake of Egypt, Tunnel Hill in the Shawnee National Forest. Come enjoy our modern pole barn cabin with a hot tub, 600 sq ft, 2BR, 1BA, loft area, furnished with W/D, big flat screen TV, coffee bar, Blackstone, memory foam mattresses. There is an association dock area which will require a waiver for a dock on the lake with kayaks. Come enjoy the water or visit nearby Shawnee Wine Trail, Ferne Clyffe State Park, hunting, fishing and much more. Located 6.5 miles off I-24 Exit 7.

2BR A-Frame Cabin w/ Hot Tub Near Wine Trail

White Oak Cabin is the middle A-frame on a scenic property with three cabins, each with its own outdoor space. This cozy retreat features two queen beds, a hot tub, furnished kitchen (cooktop + convection microwave), Smart TV, WiFi, and a workspace. Enjoy a charcoal grill and access to a fully stocked pond. Just minutes from ziplining, Giant City State Park, the Shawnee Wine Trail, and nearby public land, it’s a great base for couples, friends, and small families exploring Southern Illinois.

The camper & hot tub are behind Hogg Hollow Winery between the vineyard and & the pond. It has all the dishes & utensils needed plus hotdog sticks & paper plates .Plenty of towel& bathroom supplies. A grill, fire ring,chairs &a picnic table.A pond for fishing,swiming & kayaking. Poles, Bait & paddles are available. Rabbits & chickens are in the barn lot.Lake Glendale, Bellsmith Springs, Dixon Springs, the garden of the Gods & the Chocolate Factory are within minutes. Come out & enjoy nature.

LilyPad-pondside cabin, kayaks, trail, country

Great for a couple, an outdoorsman, or travelers! This cabin is located on our 20 acre property, less than 10 minutes from Rend Lake, I57 access, and public hunting land and within 1 hour of the Shawnee National Forest. Includes use of kayaks, fishing poles for the catch & release pond, and a walking trail. Bow target use available upon request. Gas grill, firepit and firewood. PLEASE NOTE: its a 12x20 studio cabin with 1 full bed and 1 twin sized foam couch sleeper. We don't allow pets.

Tiny House on the lake, also called cabin #4

The tiny house is on the edge of a 4 acre pond. Full mattress in a loft, stairs and a handrail to get up, it's a bit over 5 feet for headroom, please note, a loft bed is not for everyone. Cabin is in the woods with bugs, poison ivy, and animals. There are all sorts of creatures swimming in the pond below, along w/ fish and turtles. Fishing is catch and release. If you want to be in a kind of raw nature setting without landscaping, tom, your host, will guide you in this experience.
