A perfect location. Walkable to trail, coffee and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable.

Excellent instructions on checking in made our arrival smooth and easy. Great view and clean accommodations. The checkout was the easiest we’ve ever experienced and made it super easy. We’d definitely return in the future.

Loves staying at this apartment in Broad Ripple. The location is perfect and walkable to so many things. The apartment is comfortable and clean and well stocked. The host was very friendly and responsive. I definitely recommend and will stay here again.

Our daughter stayed here for 11 weeks while doing an internship for her college program. Our first priority was safety, as a 19 year old female living alone, and this apartment met those needs. Both the exterior and interior entrances were secure. It was a clean and quiet apartment. It had everything she needed for her extended stay. The view of the river is lovely. There is some road noise but it wasn’t an issue. The parking garage was a huge bonus. The neighborhood is absolutely lovely. It’s very active and yet peaceful. Tons of great restaurants and shops within walking distance. Having the Monon Trail right out the door was incredible. I can’t say enough about Broad Ripple. We also stayed at another Butler Villa rental and had the same lovely experience. They are excellent hosts and made things easy and were always responsive when we had questions. I would absolutely recommend any Butler Villa rentals and would definitely stay again.

We were in town to see family and friends with our 3 boys (all under 5). The home is beautiful with plenty of space and rooms located well for the kids to be able to sleep at night and still have a fully useable home. The back deck was awesome for lunch and dinner seating when the weather cooperates. Our boys had a TON of fun watching the water, boats pass, and fishing. The location is awesome. It's a quiet area with a brand new Meijer smaller grocery store about 5 mins away. 35 mins to downtown and really easy to get to and from. I can't recommend this home enough for a family trip and the opportunity to make great memories!

The home was perfect for our family. It’s very comfortable, easy to find, has a cute porch and they allow pets. Hosts were wonderful communicators and checked in to make sure we got settled and had everything we needed.

What a unique home in a peaceful location, complete with a sweet and friendly cat host! We appreciated the fun deco, the comfortable atmosphere and the beautiful views of the river out of the big picture windows. Lots of special touches from Krista (snacks, flowers, themed deco) and she was proactive and responsive to communication. Highly recommend! We would love to stay in a warmer month to make use of the kayaks next time too!

Loved the house and the area. Can't wait until i have a summer event to attend in Indy so I can stay again and actually do some fishing and use the lake. The hot tub is just the cherry on top. I will definitely stay again.

Great location and amazing food around a walkable town. Christopher was great with communication when some of our travel plans changed. The venue was perfect and everyone enjoyed the family vacation and wedding weekend

The house on White Tail Run was perfect for our business stay. The neighborhood is centrally well located and less than 45 minutes from Indianapolis airport. The house was perfect in that it was very clean and in a good safe and quiet neighborhood. The host is extremely responsive and friendly. There is a fire pit in a the backyard, I had a nice afternoon staring at the fire. Fall in Indiana is lovely

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is so fun and beautiful. There is art everywhere. We were always discovering something new. The place was super clean and tidy. The patio, garden and hosting were great to relax in. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms were clean and the bedrooms were comfortable and roomy. We would stay there again most definitely!
