I want a quiet and peaceful area to unwind, relax and enjoy a glass of wine at the end of my day. A garage, fireplace, floor heating, air conditioning - why not? Delizioso ed affascinante appartamento di 40mq situato in una casa degli anni '20 recentemente ristrutturata, la casa Ara, offre l'occasione di un soggiorno a Fiume in un contesto particolare. La casa, circondata interamente da un riposante e curato giardino privato con alberi e piante orticole e decorative, dà la possibilità di respirare l'aria rurale e caratteristica di un quartiere antico lontano dal trambusto cittadino ma a soli 15 min a piedi dal centro, dall'area portuale e dalle stazioni.

Kućica je prvenstveno bila namijenjena za uživanje obitelji u njoj i ugošćavanje prijatelja uz kamin,dobru hranu,vino i vatricu. Zato i ima veeeliki stol i klupe. Uredili smo ju po svom guštu, sav namještaj izrađen je od drva. Pri uređenju se nismo vodili time da sve mora biti usklađeno i da paše već time da nama bude lijepo,ugodno i funkcionalno. Kako smo s vremenom došli na ideju da bismo mogli iznajmljivati, nadamo se da će i svim gostima koji se zateknu u njoj biti isto tako lijepo i ugodno.
