Tara’s place is very cosy and it is in the perfect location in Whitstable for a family who wants a bit of comfort and peace from the buzz in the town’s high street. On top of this, Tara is a super friendly and responsive host. We travelled with a couple of kids and our pup and we felt right at home. Thank you for letting us stay at your place!

Great Group Stay Near Canterbury Fantastic place! Stayed with a group of 6, and importantly, there was a bed provided for everyone. The house had everything else we needed for a great weekend. Highly recommend!

From the very start, Angela was very communicative. She sent a list of restaurants, cafes, places to see, things to do, which was very helpful. The house was even better than we thought. Although the pictures look great, in person our expectations were exceeded. We travelled with 3 x under 5's and were chuffed at the fact that there were toys hidden in every nook and cranny. We even spent longer in the house than we thought we would because they were so well-entertained. There were little elements of detail too, with a fully equipped kitchen (particularly the fridge, pantry), some coins for the pinball and retro machines and a sign welcoming us. The location was phenomenal - literally a 3 min walk to the beach, and a 1-2min walk to the first coffee shops. Aldi was round the corner which was also super convenient. There was also on street parking, but when it was full, we parked in the pub next door. We have no complaints whatsoever and are already planning our return!

Perfectly located right across the road from the town and 5 minutes to the beach. Easy check in and space for the car which was very useful. Everything nice and clean and host there to show us in and around as we arrived.

This was our second stay in this beautiful home and we can’t wait to come back again! Location is ideal, just round the corner from the seafront and loads of interesting and independent shops, restaurants and pubs. The house is so so charming and cosy, you will be torn between wanting to explore Deal and not wanting to leave the house! Janey is a perfect host, so friendly and helpful. Thank you!!

We loved our stay at Naomi^s house and left feeling very relaxed. The garden set up is fantastic, loved having a daily sauna and cold bath and my kids loved hanging out in the summer house. The house itself is great too, beautifully decorated with very comfy beds and great shower. We really did feel at home. We ate in 3 nice restaurants in Margate (Sargasso, Lillys and Colina) all easily walkable and a 15 minute drive to Broadstairs where are are more nice places to eat. It was a great few days, highly recommended!!

We had such an amazing time at Stuarts cottage. The place was beautiful and so were the surroundings. The hosts were so responsive to all our messages and questions. We had such a lovely and tranquil stay, we would definitely go back and recommend it to others. Thank you for having us 😊

The stay at Louisas house was very pleasant. Location was very good, just a 10 minute walk to the seaside, and supermarket and a nice Russian restaurant were just 2 minutes away. The rooms were nice and well equipped and the bathroom very spacious. Kitchen was equipped with the necessary breakfast items which was a nice gesture and TV having sky is an additive comfort. The stay was a bit pricy but was within a bank holiday

Lovely little place for a weekend away. Tidy and quaint with all the amenities plus some added extras. Gifted some lovely hot cross buns we enjoyed with a morning coffee from one of the local cafes! Just a note - bedroom curtains aren’t black out, so definitely bring an eye mask if that bothers you, but I really enjoyed waking up to the natural light. Great location too, harbour, beach & coastal trails all at a stones throw. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others!

Great stay and perfect location for visiting Margate. Towels and bedding were clean and fresh and the apartment was very clean and tidy. As per previous guest reviews, there’s an issue with the water temperature when using the shower but we found a workaround that balanced the temperature out (Hint - use the shower attachment connected to the bath taps and put that in the shower holder, it just about fits. You can control the temperature much better). I had to give Arnold a low mark for communication because I literally never heard from him the entire time leading up to the booking and right through to checkout. Although clear and concise, the only information we had was what was on the booking app. This was enough for us to check in and enjoy our stay but an acknowledgment of messages would have been nice (I hope the lack of response didn’t indicate that he was ill). A lovely, short break in a good location.

Perfect for what we wanted for our stay exploring Dungeness. Clean, comfortable, compact.

This is a peaceful haven - and we did great cliff & countryside walks to St Margaret’s Bay and Kingsdown. The latter has the best beach pub ever - the Zetland. A spacious and comfortable place, it made an ideal base to potter around from. Thank you Sara & Andrew!

We stayed two nights in this beautiful Georgian garden flat and felt very at home. Antony is super friendly and sent a detailed welcome pack ahead of time including tips for things to see and food recommendations. The kitchen was well equipped (we like to cook for ourselves) and generously provided lots of bits and bobs including milk (soya as well as regular), bread and juice. The garden front and back is very pretty and lovely to sit out in. The wifi was powerful enough to watch shows on our phones, although it was nice to read/play games and not just sit in front of a screen. Absolutely recommend staying here if you want to explore Sheppey (particularly if you want to visit Elmley reserve but stay somewhere homely and cheaper!).

An absolutely lovely place. Located right in the centre of town. Peter was fantastic, greeted us on arrival and made us feel really welcome. The apartment itself is spotless and has a lovely courtyard garden. Would definitely recommend 👍

Staying with Niki was like visiting a long time friend. From the moment we arrived we instantly felt at home. She shared stories and recommendations and then left us to it. She cooked us amazing breakfasts, and was a pleasure to come back to after our days out. The place was really tidy and decorated beautifully, the bed was super comfy, and she made it extra special as she knew it was for our birthdays. We would absolutely recommend staying with Niki (and cheeky little Benji)!!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Nicola’s place in Broadstairs to see in the new year. The town is lovely with a good and varied selection of pubs and restaurants pretty much all within 5 minutes walk. The beaches along the coast of this stretch of Kent are excellent. Along with bracing weather it cleared my new year cobwebs Nicola is a super host! Clearly takes pride in ensuring her place is comfortable and homely. The bed is very good. The shower is excellent. I quickly felt at home here. I would stay at Nicola’s place again

Great location with the park right out the front and really nice cafe, bar etc down the road with just a short walk to the beach front. House was a lovely peaceful place to come back to, love all the plants! Thanks, Carlos & Sam!

My spouse and I had a great time at Kate's place. It was beautiful, like staying in an old country estate, just what we wanted! We were treated to breakfast and helpful tips of what to see in the area, it felt like a genuine B&B which is also what we were looking for! Thanks Kate!

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at this lovely couple's Airbnb just steps from the beach. The house was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. Sonia and her Husband was amazing, friendly, welcoming, and attentive without being intrusive. We had some great conversations and their local tips made our trip even better. She made amazing breakfast for us and we felt truly at home and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful beach retreat.

A very spacious , uber clean and well maintained and cared for property. Diane is a very welcoming host . The kitchen was stocked with bread, milk and eggs. We (3 adults) had a wonderful stay and would love to stay here again.
