Very neat and tidy. Kitchen had everything we needed for eating in a few meals/nights. Fridge and freezer were all cleaned and fresh for us. Beautiful view from deck, easy access to beach, pickle ball, pool, some restaurants close to walk to others we ubered. Great location...he had beach chairs, sand toys for our little one, plenty of towels, extra sunscreen, aloe, which was great! Would go back again, no disappointments at all. Family was very happy and we felt comfortable and safe. Great vacation spot/ condo/ etc.

The accommodations and amenities were great. Joshua was very quick to provide information and respond to questions. Couldn’t have asked for much more. We really enjoyed our stay.

Had a wonderful time and couldn’t have asked for better hosts. This was my second time staying and will not hesitate to book again in the future. Amazing location and even more amazing hosts.

Great place overall. Most all positive for the accommodations. Good items for the beach. Great kitchen,laundry, and large updated tv’s. Balcony was wonderful on 8th floor. Easy key pick up and return. Anniversary week getaway for us. Only a few areas that need improvement. Sofa needs help. Bed was just ok. Secure location even though not gated lot entrance. Quiet end of the island but perfect in our view.

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Winds and hope to stay again! Comfortable, clean, and extremely well-stocked unit with gorgeous views. KJ (host) was extremely responsive and helpful. Make sure to look for her binder - it's got everything! The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, and it was great to have the beach chairs/umbrellas. We loved being able to walk right out onto the beach, and the sunset view from the balcony is incredible! The building overall is making updates and was clean; the pool was a hit. Convenient having a restaurant right next door and other restaurants within walking distance, but very easy to get anywhere on the island driving as well. Highly recommend!

Wonderful hosts who are very thoughtful and responsive. The place is amazing. It is in the perfect location, we loved every minute. We walked to the beach every day and it was beautiful! There is plenty to do on the island and a lot of great places to eat. My kids wanted to move there. It was hard to leave! Highly recommend!

This condo and host were absolutely perfect. Beautiful location, condo was wonderful and host was extremely responsive to all of our needs.

Chris was such a great host! Very responsive and went above and beyond in sending information for things that we were interested in doing and even helped to secure a parking spot for the rented golf cart. The place is as described and is so close to the beach, and there were plenty of beach chairs and even a beach umbrella. The beds were super comfortable, and we felt right at home. We also spent some time at the pool, and it was very nice with available chaise lounges and some tables. The pool was never too crowded, and we were always able to get a spot.

Our stay at Yenny’s condo was great! She communicated quickly whenever I reached out before our stay and even contacted us once we were there asking if we needed a packnplay! The location is close to the grocery store, restaurants and Cape Coral beach. We hope the condo is available in the future when needed as our stay couldn’t have been better. Thank you, Yenny

Nancy was very communicative from the start. Her space was comfortable and clean. We enjoyed being a two minute walk to the beach without having to cross over any major roads.

We stayed at Lisa's place for 5 nights and it was perfect for my husband, me, and our daughter! It is clean, quiet, in a great location, with all the amenities you need. Very close to gorgeous beaches. Lisa was proactive with communication and gave us the information we needed to just relax and enjoy.

Very nice home- like atmosphere! Quiet, great bed and bedding. Tanya is extremely quick to respond and was very helpful. We would happily recommend this place to anyone!

Had a nice time, the sunny weather cooperating of course helped. The condo was clean and as described. Paul was very responsive on the few times I contacted him.

Beautiful home and Cynthia was very friendly and responsive! It was the perfect location for our dog show and it and she was very accommodating of our dogs and even had a crib for my five month old daughter. ❤️

Had a great stay. Condo had a great view of the ocean. The beach had tons of shells and white sand. We were very happy with Jeanette’s condo. Walked across the street to Santini Plaza which is not fully open yet. The Islander is a favorite shop there and they were open. A Cuban food truck parked there was a good place for coffee and sandwiches. We visited the local market at Santini on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Picked up some food items and fresh squeezed juice.

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet, es waren viele hilfreiche Tipps hinterlegt für alle möglichen Aktivitäten in der Umgebung. Das Haus ist sehr hellhörig, kommt auf die Gäste umliegend an. In den Everglades aber definitiv eine gute Unterkunft zu übernachten da sehr zentral. Freundlicher Kontakt bei Fragen und jederzeit erreichbar.

We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful villa. Tastefully decorated and a prime location. Within steps of the pool and the beach. Holly and her group was very responsive, great host and I definitely recommend staying here.

We’ve stayed at Mario’s place for several years in a row now, and it never disappoints. The unit is lovely—well-equipped, clean, and in a perfect location. Mario is incredibly helpful and responsive, always going above and beyond—he even found Easter activities for our kids when we stayed during the holiday. We keep coming back for a reason and look forward to many more years and memories here.

Great location with the public beach walkway just steps away. Easy 10-15 min walk to restaurants and shopping. The balcony has a nice view however can get loud due to it facing the road with cars and people walking by and yelling. This wasn’t a problem for us because the location was unbeatable, but may be if you’re looking for a quiet place to sit outside. We loved staying here and Lisa was a fantastic host! We’ll be back!

This was my third time staying with Thomas at this location (different room) and never disappoints! Always very clean and well stocked! Thomas provides everything you need and then some! And I must add- the water pressure in the shower and sinks is the best I’ve had in Florida! Always a great time at Marco island resort! Beach and amenities were awesome as always! Thank you Thomas for such a wonderful stay.

Inga-Lill is a friendly, gracious, responsive host. The apartment is well-positioned on the top floor of a high-rise building; truly wonderful views of Gulf, Tigertail Beach, natural preserve. The pool was a nice bonus and the complex and building were generally very quiet. Inga-Lill even provided a closet full of games, puzzles, everything needed for the beach, including a cart. We would definitely recommend!

Great location and condo! It was quiet, yet steps from the beach. Pool and hot tub were nice, always plenty of chairs. Melissa was responsive with questions we had before and after we arrived. What we loved when we left is there was a pantry where we could leave our unopened food and drink! No other location we have stayed over the last ten years has offered this.

I can’t list all the great things about our stay. Top of the list is an epic location, modern remodeled condo, quiet and peaceful complex and an outstanding host. We booked a last minute stay with Avery and he got us set up immediately. The private parking space was huge and having beach equipment made the one block jaunt to the gorgeous beach easy. Couldn’t have been better. We were a family of 5 and had enough space to spread out. We even extended our stay-it was that good. Avery responded in minutes with any inquiry.

We had an opportunity to stay at Michelle's incredible condo over spring break (3 adults and 2 young kids). The pictures do not do it justice - the condo is best described as beachy-chic. It is immaculate, the location is wonderful, and Michelle is an incredibly kind and gracious hostess. The proximity to the beach is wonderful - and they have so much fun equipment. Our kiddos also really loved the pool!! We had a wonderful time and will be back for sure!
